Was lucky enough to be upgraded to Executive Club for my 14 night stay and must admit we made the most of it. Breakfast cooked to order, afternoon tea, 6pm wine and great choice of cooked eats, cheese, cakes/puddings etc which meant we didn't need to go for dinner. Room was good with modern tv with lots of channels and enabling smartview from mobile/tablet (internet was strong throughout hotel). Bathroom was great with fantastic showers and a bathtub which filled quickly. Bed was huge and comfortable, blackout curtains and subtle lighting to enable sleep at any time and aircon worked perfectly and quietly. 3 restaurants on site for the odd night we fancied straying from the executive lounge. Restaurants were a little expensive perhaps but it's a 5 star hotel so to be expected. Pros: Good rooms, strong internet, great showers, Executive Club - OUTSTANDING staff/customer service in all areas of hotel and unbelievably charming staff. Cons: Desperados bar in the basement had good live music but was very disappointing (best avoided unless you are in a group).

I stayed here when my cousin get married on March 2021. Verwood hotel located in the very strategic area which near to toll, restaurant, public facility, etc. Guest only need to walk less than 5 mins to reach many restaurant around there : Warung Sederhana (Padang Restaurant), Ayam Bakar Prima Rasa, Boncafe, etc. This hotel divided into hotel and apartment. I stayed in the hotel because it already been renovated. Room Spacious enough and covered by carpet. Completed by sofa, desk, and chair, and also other amenities : mini refrigerator, TV, coffee/tea maker. This room looks like already being renovated. Bathroom Bathtub and shower is not separated. Need to pay more attention on the cleanness. Amenities was complete Pool I was asking for swim towel to reception, but they said that I can use towel in my room and they could change it if I want. No staff on the pool. Breakfast Standard variant menu for 4 star hotel : Indonesian menu, omelette, noodle, salad, dessert. We were waiting for several minutes to have fried rice while being refilled. Only less staff standby on the restaurant. Overall this is a good hotel because of their location. But, because this is not a new hotel, they need to have good maintenance to ensure that all facilities in a good condition.

We enjoyed stay at Harris Hotel especially at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya (New Generation of Harris Hotel). Great hospitality and friendly staff. The Room also simply with modern furniture. And have many varian menu of breakfast. Thankyou so much for Mr. Irvan who arrange our room with slice cake for birthday my wife. And also we love water melon juice. Thankyou, hopefully we can stay at Harris Bundaran Satelit for the next stay to Surabaya.

It is not difficult to find the location of this hotel, just tell the driver of the building Srijaya. There was a little problem when I checked in, one of the two rooms that I booked was not finished cleaned, but it was managed by a friendly receptionist. Room condition is clean and comfortable.
