I have stayed here a few years ago and had no hesitation returning. It was as special as I remembered. Great comfortable room in a wonderful setting opposite the ponds and park . The fantastic couple on reception are so warm and welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Lovely lady Sharon who was so kind and helpful when I just got to breakfast at the last minute!. Collum on the desk sorted a small issue with the wardrobe immediately. The food also was fantastic, from the bar menu to the delicious Sunday roast. Cannot wait to return.

Another excellant stay at the Greyhound. The staff were friendly and helpful with a swift check-in service.They have a very good bar with a wide selcetion of drinks on offer. We ate in the main restaurant on ther first night of our 3 night stay and the service great and food was lovely (super Fish and Chips). Our room in the adjacent building was on the top floor of 3, so be aware that they are quite a few steairs to climb or ask for a lower fllor room. The room clean and very comfortable. The location is brilliant, opposite Carshalton Ponds and a few minutes walk onto the high street.

Had a group meal, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. But on the highter price bracket. Not excessive. We will return, a very good evening. And good beer to go with your meal. Can't beat a Ram and Special. Well worth a visit.

The hotel had a lively outlook from the front opposite a lovely park where we enjoyed a morning walk after breakfast. The room was excellant with a comfortable bed, good quality pillows and duvet. Tea and coffee facilities also included and even a hair dryer. Bathroom was bright and towels were fluffy. Quiet location Enjoyed a lovely English breakfast for £13:50 the next morning which also includes cerals toast, tea juice and coffee

Just had a great Sunday meal with my family. Good food and we were served by the lovely and attentive Amy. We might have liked a few more vegetables in our meals, but otherwise it was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

This setting of this hotel is great, bus and train links are on the doorstep, with ample car parking. The hotel is an absolute gem. We had a boutique room, which was spacious and gorgeous. The staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing at all is a problem. The food from the restaurant was gorgeous. We’ve been before and will definitely be going again.

What a great place! The room was large, very clean, had a very modern en-suite and good air con. But the main benefit of staying here is the superb staff and quality food and drinks! I witnessed various staff members being genuinely friendly, helpful and providing the level of customer service that other 'chain' hotels can only dream about! My dinner was excellent quality but the breakfast menu and continental buffet was probably the best standard I have seen in a very long time. Loved it!

I regularly visit the Greyhound Pub to work outside of the office, and it's always a great experience. The atmosphere is perfect for getting work done, with a relaxed vibe and plenty of space to settle in. The breakfast and lunch options are fantastic – freshly made and delicious. The staff are incredibly welcoming, with Ann-Marie and Colin standing out for their friendliness. They never shy away from saying hello or checking in, which adds a nice personal touch. Overall, it's a great spot for both work and enjoying a good meal!

Have stayed here before and find it very comfortable. Only problem I had was using a different card to pay when checking in. Caused problems on departure as I was told my payment wasn't there. I could show the money had been paid on my banking app but took 30 mins to resolve this.
