"A very good house. When I first arrived, I thought there might be safety issues because it was an apartment. But once I settled in, I found it very convenient. There are many Hong Kong people nearby. There are washing machines, public kitchens, shared food, and independent accommodation nearby. There is a Chinese supermarket, free parking, and convenient transportation. It can be given a relatively good score. The only drawback is that there are two big trees above the parking area, and the birds above often poop on the roof of my car."

"Had a good stay at the Greyhound Hotel.Stayed in a Classic double,which was large,with all the Amenities. The Shower was Fantastic,a large Rainfall shower with plenty of power,one of the best I have come across. Bed was large,but the lighting took a bit of getting used too.Also the TV had poor reception,and was unusable at times,but these were only minor Gripes. Has a Restaurant which serves decent Food,and good selection of Beers. The Car park also seemed secure,which is important to me with my work Van. All I all a nice hotel,reasonable value,good size room,and the best shower around!"

"The location is very convenient, food and close to Sutton train station. The hotel provides two speeds of WIFi. One is free. The speed is relatively slow. The other is business, which costs $5 pounds per day. In addition, due to the epidemic situation, the hotel only holds a room every four days. For the same guest, of course, if you want sake, rubbish and towels, you can ask the floor management room to hand it over to the door and put the rubbish in the door with plastic bags."

"The rooms are modern and basic and have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sutton. Comfortable bed and pillows Clean rooms with air con Nice bathroom with excellent shower Staff were helpful and polite Only issue was being woken by the very keen cleaning staff on the dot of check out time, after I’d arranged a later checkout with the reception team the night before. Otherwise, it was good."

"The hotel is within a short walking distance to: good eateries, shops and the train station to Central London. There are ample parking spaces at ~10pounds/ day for hotel guests. This older hotel has comfortable, spacious rooms but a quirky shower head (aim at the wall as you shower to avoid flooding the bathroom)."

"Nice location and modern studios. First time staying here. Kitchen not as well equipped as other Adagio properties I've stayed at but adequate for a couple of nights. Was really nice to have a washing machine in the room instead of a shared one. Great shower and good WiFi. Shame there is no fitness room. Would stay here again."

"合理價格、交通便利、位置適中 我與丈夫第一次到此酒店，是由一位在倫敦長大的表姨甥推介的，因為它的位置適中，就是我們將要前往的地點及機場中間。 交通方面，鄰近有一個Mitcham站，從酒店步行只1-2分鐘，很方便，再從此站到下一個Mitcham junction station，我就可以選不同的線路到想要去的目的地。(可先看看GOOGLE MAPS，留意一下列車的時間) 酒店方面，只有樓梯，沒有升降機，最高是2樓，職員會幫我提行李上房間。毛巾及被褥乾淨，但沒有拖鞋、牙膏、牙刷提供。 (我見其中一隻杯子上有些污漬，所以整潔度給3分了) 附近有一間雜貨店(我們買了做特價的乳酪，1英鎊)、PIZZA店及BURGER店(我們買了套餐，7-8英鎊)，步行約5-7分鐘便可到達。"

"Exceptionally clean room, very spacious. Appreciated being on the first floor for safety (single female). Breakfast was reasonable and delivered to the room on time. The milk was off but when I informed the front seat it was replaced immediately. No shampoo etc but that’s becoming the norm, in my experience, in budget chain hotels. Good value for money. My only complaint: pillows poor quality and lumpy. Otherwise great, and front desk staff were really good. Would stay again, for the right price."

"This is a luxurious hotel with grand entrance and reception. Complimentary tea & coffee for guests in reception area. Free car parking on street & in well lit car park The double room I booked was clean & tidy with en-suite shower room,with good facilities that met all my needs. Breakfast was included. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, I recommend."
