"The hotel is right by the lake, near the railway station, about seven or eight minutes on foot, the environment is very good, I really like the hotel's hot springs. I have experienced both the private and the open air on the top floor. The Japanese breakfast and dinner are good, and I will stay here next time I have the opportunity."
"I stayed here on a business trip.
It is located close to Suwa Interchange on the Chuo Expressway.
The room was clean and spacious.
There is also a loft-style bed.
The windows in the guest rooms can be opened slightly for ventilation."
"The room is big, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the lake, and there is plenty of food and accommodation. It is beyond expectations. The hot springs are also very good."

"The location was easy to find, right at the intersection after getting off the interchange.
There was no place to shop nearby, so it would have been nice to have a convenience store and a simple map inside the store."
"The room was large and clean, and it was a comfortable hotel where breakfast was also local. I am grateful for the service that can put coffee in a cup."
"The hotel has hot springs for bathing, and the breakfast is rich and varied. It is very close to the JR station, only 4 minutes walk away. It takes only 2 minutes to get to the lake. Convenience stores are also close."
"We stayed here as a family of three (mother and two daughters).
We were greeted politely when we arrived at the parking lot by car.
The food was also very delicious. The portions were just right for the women, but perhaps not enough for the men.
The room and bedding were clean, and all the staff were kind, so we didn't have any unpleasant experiences or inconveniences during our stay.
It was an inn that I would like to stay at again when I visit Suwa."
"Although it is not luxurious, I still feel very comfortable during this trip. After a full day of hiking in Nagano, I stayed in this hotel and took a free outdoor hot spring bath with lake view. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very rich. The beautiful view of Lake Suwa is outside the window, which is great!"
"After exiting Kamisuwa Station, turn right and walk straight for about 10 meters. There is a lift to the overpass. After exiting, walk to the west exit. It takes 5 minutes to reach the hotel. We went the wrong way the first time. We turned left after exiting the station and walked for more than ten minutes before reaching the hotel.
Hotel facilities: The room is very large and faces the lake. It is very beautiful. The hotel itself is like a large courtyard, very beautiful. It is said that there are private rooms on the 4th and 6th floors. The hotel has amber indoor and outdoor hot springs.
Hotel catering: This time I booked two nights of dinner and added breakfast after arriving at the hotel. The dinner was very exquisite. I was full after eating one dish after another, but the salmon in the sashimi on the first night was not completely thawed, which was a bit of a loss; the breakfast was relatively simple, a set meal (our morning included a piece of freshly fried salmon) with a little salad, and a self-service drink, 2200 yen/person.
Hotel service: Very enthusiastic, someone greeted me at the hotel gate, and a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk helped to receive and introduce me until I was delivered to the room. The luggage was delivered to the room during check-in.
Hotel facilities: There is a sightseeing boat across the street, a place for fishing on the lake and a place for bicycle rental. Unfortunately, it was windy on the two days we went there, so it was closed. There is a convenience store across the road. The nearest drugstore is across the train station, but it does not offer tax refunds.
In general, this is a quiet place for a vacation. I personally think it may be more comfortable to come here when the spring is warm and the flowers are blooming. The lakeside is not so cold, and you can walk slowly along the lakeside."
