Strategic location with walking distance to many eateries, shopping street & malls. Great room for family. Clean. Nice pillow. Friendly hotel workers. Will choose to stay here again!

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in all of our travels in China. We are normally living in Nantong and have been travelling around China so we have tried a lot of different hotels in China. Yinxiang Yisu in was very clean and the hotel standard was high. The hotel is situated in a really good location with just some short steps away from their big walking street where you can find temples, malls, food trucks, shops and restaurants. The hotel is also near a subway station which makes it easy to get around in Suzhou. The hotel offers help on any questions you may have when you are exploring Suzhou through WeChat (Weixin) and the staff does everything to give you a really good service. When we arrived and as we arrived before check in time, the hotel staff took care of our bags so we could start explore Suzhou and then send us a message when our room was ready and when we came to the hotel our bags where already waiting for us in our room. The hotel offers amenities such as toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste etc), it offers machines so you can clean your clothes if needed and it has its own patio and kitchen where you can store food and then go out to eat on the patio. This is definitely a hotel where we will stay again since we have found our hotel to stay at when we visit Suzhou next time.

Very good customer service. They will advise us what need to avoid when we travel to their attraction place. Thanks for the advise...hotel is convience to train station.Hotel design is very nice and I love it. Walking distance few min is famous 观前街. Have a nice sleep at their hotel. Thanks for 小哥哥和小姐姐help us alot and assist to book a car😂. And boss very kind and friendly. Will recommend to my friend if they travel to suzhou. ☺️☺️

The room is comfortable and spacious. The design looks nice. The boss and staff are very helpful and friendly. Suggested us place to visit and restaurants and let us tried the '双糰’ - delicious. Walking distance to attraction approx 10 min walks. Will stay here again !

This was the best stay so far I had in China. The room was nicely decorated in a modern oriental style, very new, spacious and clean with good lighting. Hairdryer, washing amenities is included as well. The bed is very comfortable and clean. Aircon is also functioning well. There is an elevator to your room upstairs. The hotel itself is located in a walking street, very convenient to get food and local buys. Yet, it is not noisy at all at night. It is around a 5-7mins walk to the metro station. The highlight is the boss and front desk who have showed me so much kindness the past few days. They recommended me where to go and helped me with my luggage. Highly recommended!
