Reception 24/7, all staff is friendly and most of them can speak English on a sufficient level, or with a mobile phone translation app. Rooms. We were traveling 2 adults and 3 kids, so booked 2 rooms. Hotel provided rooms very near and even changed one room, that was more convenient for staying with infant. Staying in rooms with a futon was an interesting experience. The hairdryer and all amenities provided are surprisingly high quality on a level of a posh hotel. Breakfasts. This is very special about this hotel. The variety of dishes (including ramen and mochi daily) is great and food is very very tasty, sending many thanks to the cooking staff. Additional facilities. Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space. Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou.

Overall, this hotel is very good. The room is very beautiful as soon as you enter it, and there are coffee machines and scales. The room facilities are relatively complete and the service is very thoughtful. They helped with the luggage and introduced me to the hotel when I checked in, and also did my laundry. It is also convenient to travel around, and it is quite nice to ride a small electric donkey or take the subway. Thank you very much, miss. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast are very delicious and highly recommended.

Booked 2 rooms for husband and I and my elderly father. Thankful for the good service as they were able to give us rooms on the same floor, and changed the room to a queen equivalent instead of twin for my father. Room was spacious, cozy, quiet. Pillow and bed was just right for us unlike other hotels where the bed was sunken or the pillows too soft. Hairdryer was fantastic! No smoke smells in the corridor or room which was important for us. Location was perfect as it was at guanqian street near food and shopping. Also pretty near to some attractions by didi or by foot. Though the toilet had leaked and they had sent their plumber to fix it, over all, the stay was by far a really comfortable one. Breakfast is similar to other hotels in shanghai that we were at. Not much western food options nor egg station.

I came here solely for the Lotus Market and specifically chose a hotel close to it. It completely exceeded my expectations and was exceptional. Because the duplex bed I booked was under repair, I was initially upgraded to a courtyard room. The next day, because my child still wanted the duplex, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to a family duplex room for free. My child happily slept in the crib on the second floor that night, and on the third day, I was reluctant to leave. The hotel has many unique service features, such as the daily sweet soup, a Suzhou-style dish with mung bean paste and chicken head rice, and the varied fruit options. They also provide shuttle service to local attractions, with drivers always on call. The entire hotel staff was warm and attentive. When I ordered takeout in the evening, the handsome guy on duty even helped pick it up at the door. The service was truly attentive and tireless. The hotel's overall style is elegant, and the photos look stunning. I even hired a travel photographer who collaborated with the hotel to take photos of the hotel and Metro Town. The photos are stunning and the quality is excellent. The photographer is very skilled! On the last day of checking out, we even encountered the provincial party secretary who was inspecting the hotel. Needless to say, a hotel that is recognized by such a leader must be great!

Firstly, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They responded promptly and efficiently to any issues, genuinely going the extra mile to resolve guests' problems. Their smiles were warm, and their service was attentive and gentle. You could really feel that they took pleasure in serving others. Secondly, the hotel's decor and design created a very comfortable ambiance, with exceptional attention to detail. It truly offers five-star service without the five-star price tag. The availability of two different pillow types was incredibly thoughtful, especially for guests with neck issues; it's rare to find such comfortable pillows. I sincerely hope the hotel maintains this high standard, and I eagerly anticipate seeing this brand expand to other cities someday. Areas for improvement: The gap beneath the door was a bit wide, allowing light from the corridor to seep into the room. Furthermore, the toilet's built-in night light, for those sensitive to light, could potentially disturb sleep. The shower head was also quite high and non-adjustable, which could be inconvenient for shorter guests and children. Despite these minor points, they did not detract from the overall excellent experience. My daughter was genuinely reluctant to leave on our last day. Amy Hotel was truly a highlight of our trip to Suzhou!
