The overall experience is very good. It makes me feel like a businessman even though I am working as an employee! Although it was a short holiday, the hotel still gave more than the price itself! Location: Excellent, close to the subway and mall Hotel architecture: simple style, huge rooms, good view, new hotel and no decoration Service: Very warm and thoughtful, from the front desk reception to the breakfast chef Breakfast: There are not many dishes, but there are a full range of hot dishes, cold dishes, freshly cooked dishes, and drinks. The tableware is clean and the environment is good. At least I can eat quite satisfyingly. Disadvantages: The hotel lobby is on a high floor and the elevator is a bit difficult to wait for during peak hours; it would be better if the hotel had harder pillows! The merits outweigh the flaws. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from espire bookstore and new Times Square. The room is very good but I had some issues with the air conditioner and the fridge that weren’t working for the first night, which caused my family a significant amount of stress due to our baby’s food storage and sleep (the room got so hot that no one was able to sleep. The The reception however is very friendly and was really supportive. They fixed the problem on the second day of our stay! The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

Convenient for the work I do at the Dulwich schools nearby. Not any English spoken but we get by fine with some translation apps and good nature. I'm not a fan of showing on the door that I don't want my room cleaned for sustainability reasons and it being cleaned anyway so I had to give a reminder on this. It is a friendly place, decent breakfast and comfortable rooms :)

When checking out, the guy surnamed Yao at the front desk politely and friendly asked about my stay. He also gave me a New Year notebook gift box specially arranged by Manager Geng with blessings from the hotel management. I was flattered. We went to Suzhou to watch the Chicago show and booked a room at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the bed soft and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was not too far from the Arts and Cultural Centre and it took us about 15 minutes to walk to the theatre. Breakfast was not too great and didn’t offer many options, so I wouldn’t book a room with breakfast included again. There are enough restaurants around the lake area to choose from. I will book a room at the hotel again.
