Some details are very pleasant, such as the plush slippers provided, which are perfect for this season. However, maybe because of the large number of guests during the holidays, I felt that the entire room was not very clean. From the desktop to the floor, from the bathroom floor tiles to the floor drain in the shower area, it was not the hygienic environment that a hotel of this level should have. After looking at it a little bit, The comments resonated with me, and I hope Suzhou Artchen can improve its hardware and software services so that it can truly stay and stay new.

When I took a taxi, the master praised me for my taste, and the place I chose was the historical old town, not the commercial area. After arriving, our two girls dragged our luggage and couldn't find the entrance (at the entrance of a cement round hole). First, we called the front desk to confirm the entrance. I saw the exhibition on the first floor. We went outside to play and came back around 8:00. Another older sister checked in for us, and her attitude was not bad. A middle-aged man with long hair and a bit of an artistry helped us carry our luggage. It was only later that I found out that it was the owner, and his service was very good. But at night we were going to take a shower, and it turned out to be cold water, a bit warm, and no hot water. Wechat voice said that the master was repairing the water heater. This time is when the guests take a shower. Later, my friend waited until 10 o'clock to start taking a bath, and it was still cold and warm water. If you catch a cold in winter. When I checked in at the hotel where I was running Suma, I asked if there was breakfast available. I needed to eat at around 5:30. The beautiful lady at the front desk gave me a breakfast coupon and said that they would open at 5:30 on Sundays for marathon runners. The Sunday breakfast was also very good, with porridge, buns, and noodles. After the race, I asked the front desk if I could check out later. The lady at the front desk readily agreed that it could be delayed until 15:30. The management of this hotel is very humane. I will stay here again next year.

Love this cute little hotel! The lobby doubles as a bakery so u might miss it when looking at street level, but the hotels name is in large font on the building itself ! It’s to the right of Suzhou Bank. We booked the loft room and had a very pretty unblocked view 😊 The toilet is glass and can be seen from the upper loft level so that’s a bit award when you’re showering or using the toilet 😅

Booked deluxe room but free upgraded to deluxe suit room. It was really awesome stayed especially after tired business trip from Shanghai. The room was unexpected spacious for 2 of us. Thank you again for the great full hospitality. Makes us unforgettable pleasant trip.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, there is a metro station right across the street. The general impression was not bad but there were some minor flaws. My room was rather spacious but dark with a very small window under the ceiling. The interior is also a little dated. The walls definitely need a fresh coat of paint. And when I checked in there was a weird smell in the room, so I kept the window open all the time. The bathroom was super clean though and the bed really comfortable. The hotel is pretty quiet, at least I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.
