The room is large and has a terrace. The room is well lit, and the bathroom is very spacious and clean. There is an indoor heated pool and sauna. The breakfast is also very rich, with more than 10 kinds of cheese. I highly recommend it. There is also a kitchen in the room, which is very convenient.

The location is super convenient, 10 minutes walk to the downtown business district, it is also very convenient to go to the train station, too friendly to passengers traveling across countries ～ The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and it is too important to sleep well after a long flight. The staff is warm and professional, the English communication is smooth, and the local travel tips are also intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account Chinese and Western tastes, and even the light meals that the baby can eat. It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the train station entrance and next to the cable car station up the mountain, which is super convenient. Even though our room didn't have a view of the Matterhorn, everything else was fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, even recommending routes for us with a map. It was wonderful!

The location is very convenient; there is a hotel car to pick you up at the station Rich breakfast, delicious service The pictures when booking the room were different from the actual room. The hotel was very helpful and immediately changed the room to the same one in the pictures. The hotel is retro and the bar is very nice! It's very close to the train station, just a five-minute walk. The front desk service is OK, not bad. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained and clean. I slept very comfortably! The view outside the window is OK.

The stay would be ideal if the room included a fan, as it can feel a bit stuffy while sleeping during the summer. The location is convenient, and the kids' club, spa, and pool offer plenty of fun for the children.

Just a short walk from Zermatt train station. Great view of the mountains. Nice indoor pool, spa, foot bath including steam and sauna (nude) facilities. Drop off to train station with its own “taxi” service. Highly recommended!

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

This apartment is decorated in an antique style, a bit of a Navy building, the room is large, the kitchen tools are complete, the stay is very comfortable, the balcony view is great, very satisfied
