Zermatt Hotels with Pools

Location was really convenient and was just a 5-8 min walk from the main train station with a supermarket just 3 min away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful too! The hotel provides free laundry and dryer for all guests and that was really helpful as it was the last few days of our holiday and we had a bunch of clothes to wash 😮💨

The location is very convenient; there is a hotel car to pick you up at the station Rich breakfast, delicious service The pictures when booking the room were different from the actual room. The hotel was very helpful and immediately changed the room to the same one in the pictures. Be especially careful when booking a room; the difference is huge The hotel's WELLNESS is very good; but it is best to bring a swimsuit (because other people enter with **) A very good memory in Zermatt

The location is super convenient, 10 minutes walk to the downtown business district, it is also very convenient to go to the train station, too friendly to passengers traveling across countries ～ The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and it is too important to sleep well after a long flight. The staff is warm and professional, the English communication is smooth, and the local travel tips are also intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account Chinese and Western tastes, and even the light meals that the baby can eat. The price is super high, I will choose next time, recommend it to friends who have travel or bring baby needs!

It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

I traveled with clutch and to the hotel is simply easy walk. Direct opposite the rail station and near all the restaurants and Coop. I used the pool and it’s so nice.The breakfast was wonderful (some FOC selection in menu and a good spread in buffet) and they provide afternoon tea too.

The hotel is retro and the bar is very nice! It's very close to the train station, just a five-minute walk. The front desk service is OK, not bad. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained and clean. I slept very comfortably! The view outside the window is OK.

The stay would be ideal if the room included a fan, as it can feel a bit stuffy while sleeping during the summer. The location is convenient, and the kids' club, spa, and pool offer plenty of fun for the children.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

Overall, it is very convenient to be separated from the train station by a road. Go to the lively area to eat. The subway is three to four stops away. 🏨 I chose a triple room, just stayed in 😂 and gave us a barrier-free room (and the feeling of a domestic nursing home, the wall has yellow liquid rolling down, the bedside has a red block decisively contacted the front desk to change the room, and the room was slightly smaller!
