酒店的管理體現了以客户為中心的水準，會站在客户角度思考問題，考慮到客户的體驗，並第一時間解決問題，不推諉，的確是達到了引客回頭的效果！
為李梅經理團隊點贊！
幾點體會：
1，當天我入住的是行政房，房間下面剛好是供暖設備有點聲音，我最近睡眠不太好。半夜找到前台。前台工作人員立馬提出了給我換一個房間。以替客户解決問題為目的！
2，在換房的過程中是服務人親自帶我去挑房間。這裏很棒，贊一個。
3，我在攜程訂的是不帶早餐的。早上付了一個早餐匪。大堂經理（李梅）瞭解到我是華住金卡會員之後，還給早餐費退還給我了，錢雖然不多，但是感覺酒店做事情非常到位。
4、第二天李梅經理還專門帶我去挑了一間安靜的房間（最近有點神經衰弱）。
總之，服務體驗很好！以後還回來。

環境不錯，酒店乾淨整潔，房間也一樣，自助餐豐富衞生好吃，服務熱情貼心，洗衣房很趕緊，我喜歡房間裏的書創始人手記，總枱客服申請贈送於我，非常感謝，不然要花錢買的。

酒店環境好，位置也好，離天外村直接酒店對面坐19路公交或者打車起步價。酒店客服帥哥美女態度超好，知道我們爬泰山，還免費借給我們登山杖。酒店的早餐也很豐富，比有的四五百的酒店早餐都好。總之酒店性價比很高很高。

美侖酒店是所有住過4鑽的酒店中感覺最好的，設施服務均數上乘，有歡迎水果，走的時候還有伴手禮，這些是以前住洲際的標準，下次去泰安還會選擇。自助餐廳種類豐富，餐廳服務人員張桂梅，吳彩雲服務細緻，令人印象深刻！
