"永鑫商務賓館總體環境不錯，衞生保持也很好，我非常想給個好評，但是因為一個不愉快的小事兒，我覺得這家酒店距離好評還是有差距的，跟硬件條件沒有關係，收費和免費物品不分區，混合在一起，雖然有提示牌，但是對於和免費牙具混合在一起的，很小的，顏色和牙具一樣的馬桶套很容易讓人忽略 ，當做含在房費裏的牙具帶走，雖然5元錢並不多，但説好聽點是服務瑕疵，也可以理解為誤導消費，如果客人着急趕火車，時間很緊，大概率會額外付費，錢不多，很噁心，我想這應該不是第一次有客人反映，但肯定不是最後一次，好在我從牙具裏找到了這個小東西，馬桶套沒有成功的賣給我，希望商家能改進，收費物品不要和含在房費裏的物品混合在一起，設立專門的收費物品區，收費引導牌也放在收費物品區附近，不要放在房間的另一個角落，容易混淆視聽，誤導消費，如果客人着急趕火車，很可能造成被動消費，誠信的商家才能長久！"
