I have graded 5 for cleanliness, location, service and amenities for Caesar Park Hotel.

Location is great you can use MRT to get to the hotel, it’s at Taipei Main Station. Very convenient and big. Staff is willing to help. Bathroom is spacious and water in shower is very strong. Recommend.

Great location with many convenient options nearby. However, the entrance has only steps, which makes it difficult for guests with large luggage or those needing wheelchair access. A ramp or accessible entryway would greatly improve the experience.

Location isa very strategic. Just walk up from the Taipei main station. Really recommended if you are traveling with kids or elderly. Elevator access from the basement, connects to the main station. Room interior is a bit outdated, but the beds still comfortable.

Everything is perfect. The location can't be better. The service is spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is connected to Taipei MRT via exit 6. The basement floor which it is connected to is filled with many restaurants. A very convenient location! Reasonably sized, take note to book the superior room if you want windows.

The location is great as it is linked to the taipei station. There's a number of restaurants in B1 too. However, the layout for the metropolis room is quite weird. The air-conditioned is blowing directly on the face when lying on the bed which is very uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated, given that it is a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, I was given a room that was different from the one I had booked (Metro Room instead of Superior double room). When I approached the front desk to address this issue, I was told it was a “free upgrade” which was not mentioned during check in. The front desk manager even mentioned that the metro room feels smaller and understands our concerns. Despite this, we decided not to request a room change since we were only there for two nights. The front desk manager had a stern demeanor throughout our conversation, which made the experience even more unwelcoming. Later that night, we encountered another problem: the shower water would unexpectedly switch to scalding hot without any adjustments, and when we tried to cool it down, it turned ice cold. Additionally, the shower area had an old, musty smell, and the toilet seat has a yellowish hue that was quite unpleasant. While the blackout curtains were effective in blocking light, they did not cover a specific part of the room, leaving us with an inconsistent sleeping environment. I must say, the location of the hotel somewhat salvaged our experience, as it was conveniently situated. Moreover, the concierge staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with booking a taxi when we were leaving. Overall, the hotel feels very dated and in need of significant renovations. I had hoped for a much better experience, especially given that this is a 5-star hotel, but sadly, it did not live up to expectations.
