"Room is gorgeous! We stayed in the grand deluxe pool villa. It’s located across the street of the main villa. Loved the decor of the room, how comfy the bed and pillows are. Tv is smart so there’s YouTube and Netflix. The beach is amazing but the waves are scary so we didn’t really spend time there. Our kids loved the pool in the room! We enjoyed time at the kids club too!"

"The hotel goes above and beyond! View is perfect and room is great, we had a confusion with the pick up but was upgraded to a higher villa with no extra charge. Food is good, breakfast had ala carte menu and a small buffet but you can order as much as you can. Dinner was perfect with the view and food was presented very well."

We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good. The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing. As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef. We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all. The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was ”we are fully booked”. No refund was done. The staff doesn't speak English. Not easy to ask or order anything. "

"It's a very nice place. The pro and contra is the same: far away from everything, so You have a nice beach, a lot of nature, but not a big chose for dining. The hot spring is the best but a lot of turists come for the day trip, so to have a good time You must wait the late evening. Free shuttle to the small city helps a little to get some fruits and shoping. Actually, You can forgive everything for the hot spring which really helps for the health. I was recovering after a broken bone and made a really big progress after 2 weeks."
