One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tbilisi. We booked the premium king room, nice and warm, cosy for the winter nights in December. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were super clean and room service was very fast. Highly recommend to all.

I booked king bed room but they made two twin beds as king bed which was uncomfortable. They made very interesting bathroom design which was not suitable for many people especially for elderly ones .

The old building room is small and old. It was very cold because the window wasn't fully closed and the smell of cigarettes kept coming in. The heater was not warm. It was not satisfactory for the price. The only things I was satisfied with were breakfast and the lobby.

The hotel has an excellent location and the hotel room facilities are very good. If you can accept the price, it is a good choice; Pay attention to the fixed price of airport taxis in the airport hall, and there is an invoice.

I happened to pass by and the hotel looked good, so I canceled my original reservation and stayed there. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant interior is luxurious. The room was in good condition, but there was a bit of noise because it was close to the road. I went because they said the swimming pool was open until 12 o'clock. I was a little taken aback when I heard that it would finish at 11:30 while I was using it. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

I liked everything except the noise of the air conditioner, the wonderful breakfast and the staff.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had since traveling. On my 2nd night, the shower head spray fell off and hit my head, the repair guy wasn't there for half a day, and the hotel even assumed I'd make do with one night in this room before I even offered to change rooms. And there is no special additional compensation for changing the room. It was only after I contacted Ctrip and communicated with the hotel that I was compensated for a half-hour spa, which was really shabby. Just for this half-hour spa, I made an appoin**ent for the wrong time. The attitude of the front desk of the spa was extremely arrogant, as if I was late because she was going to do the spa. The staff are not good at English and often don't understand what I say. I called the front desk to say that I needed an ice pack for cold compresses, they couldn't understand for a long time, and finally even hung up the phone directly. The hotel phone will also be disconnected inexplicably, and they will not call back to the room after it is disconnected. When I finally checked out, the hotel actually said that my bad experience was because I booked a cheap room type, I really, never had this kind of crap experience, and never heard this kind of crap talk from the hotel front desk. Very very very unsatisfactory experience.

The hotel is located in the old town of Tbilisi, on the banks of the Kura River. The hotel is divided into new buildings and old buildings. There are windows that can be opened. Because it is on the side of the main road, the cars are a bit noisy. There are many choices for breakfast in the hotel, which is delicious !
