"The best motel in all aspects of this trip. The internal facilities are high-end, modern and luxurious, and very complete. Especially the wall-mounted furnace, which is warm and odorless, and very beautiful, and the flame color and light color can be adjusted; the washroom also provides a women's cosmetic bag, which is very considerate. We stayed in the Tamara Deluxe Studio on the second floor, with a large balcony. The balcony has a view of the lake and snow-capped mountains, as well as the hotel's exquisite small garden nursery. Every morning, you can see the morning mist of the lake and the golden mountain of the snow-capped mountains on the balcony, which is particularly beautiful. The hotel is located on the main road by the lake, and it is very convenient to go to the lake, the fjord, and the lakeside for a walk. It can almost be given a full score."
"Very good hotel, very new, large room, convenient parking, worth staying in. Very good hotel, very new, large room, convenient parking, worth staying in. Very good hotel, very new, large room, convenient parking, worth staying in."
"The staff are generally friendly however the service is not up to expectation. We are suppose to checkin at 2/3pm, and had a confirmation called from the hotel in the morning. However, when I arrived at 4pm, I was told that it’s not ready and they need till 5:30pm to have the room ready. The place was under renovation and it’s messy and dusty, but the room is nice and clean. Overall it’s good with nice view."

"The hotel is in a prime location, a few minutes' walk from the tourist bus station and large supermarkets, and 5-6 minutes away from the lake and the information center. The hotel rooms are clean and heated, and there are simple tableware, refrigerators and microwaves. If you need more tableware for cooking, you can go to the front desk to get them. Although the hotel is a motel type, it is completely suitable for non-self-driving tourists."
"Cabin was ok; poorly insulated, had to make own bed, a bit dirty, no towels.
Shared lounge was fine just tables and chairs
Kitchen was disappointing, no cups or plates, these had to be hired separately. Laundry was expensive and insufficient outside drying space to encourage people to spend on tumble dryer.
Location nearby lake was excellent although a fair walk or short drive into main town."
"The rooms are quite big, the view from the living room and the master bedroom is nice, the sanitation is OK when I checked in, there are no big complaints, the facilities are not very new, and the decoration is the normal level of a motel.
No one cleaned the room for two consecutive days, and no towels were replenished, which is a bit unacceptable. Except for check-in/out, I didn't see anyone, so there is no good service to comment.
If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, you can choose it."
"Nestled in the picturesque village of Arthur's Point, the hotel provided a serene and peaceful setting. The rooms were stylishly appointed, featuring modern amenities and breathtaking mountain views. The attentive staff and exquisite dining options contributed to an unforgettable stay in this scenic part of New Zealand."
"The scenery of the lake and mountains in Diana is first-class. Almost all the rooms in the hotel face the lake, but the room I was given faces the back, so there is no beautiful view at all. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, the bathroom is clean, and breakfast is not provided."

Outstanding
LLeungBeautiful lake views. Super clean and well maintained specially inside the room. Warm and friendly owner with good recommendations on restaurant & cafe. Te Anau is a small town with proper choices of restaurants, cafes & bars. Good choice for stopover to Milford’s cruise ride.
GGuest UserIt was said that my boyfriend had missing a camera tripod and the hotel staff was kind and quick to help me deliver it to my final accommodation. Very grateful🫶🏻
CCitizen of The World - Veni, Vidi, ViciWe stayed in the lodge, with free carpark. The room was warm and cozy, excellent if you returned from the chilly weather outside. There is a shared dining and well equipped kitchen area. The laundry facility is also available. just need to pay using the coin slot.
Rreturn visitorI can absolutely recommend this place..it was delightful and very reasonably priced, possibly because it is not on the waterfront, but the cabin and service well and truly makes up for it's less than prime position. Could have stayed there for much longer.
Ssy8888Location is not too far from central - walking distance. Nice millennium hotel with bathtub, nice bed and good service. Breakfast basic though. No gym or sauna. Free parking! Comes with a nice lakefront view!
MMingNgExcellent location, clean and hygienic, complete air conditioning and heating
The space is also large enough. There is no layering outside the parking door.
The shared factory building is large enough and has plenty of cooking equipment.
There are two washing machines and dryers (charges apply)
A five-minute walk to the city center
You can walk to the supermarket within ten minutes
Highly recommended whether visiting Te Anau or going to Milford Sound
High cost performance
GGuest UserThe boss is very nice, he is Chinese. You can book various day trips with the boss in advance, which is very convenient. The room is very big, the kitchenware is very complete, and it is convenient to go to Te Anau Glowworm Caves and large supermarkets. It is a very quiet town.
朱朱The hotel has plenty of space and good service. I washed the pots and bowls for me. I'm sorry. The parking is very convenient. After dinner, I can eat at the small counter outside the door. It is very pleasant
KKateBKKThe spacious room, even though may a bit look old but it is good enough to stay with amenities provided. The owner's son is so kind with flexible on our some request.
Easy to access the room with our heavy luggage, not drag too far 😁
GGuest UserThere is a kitchen, you can cook, parking is at the door of the room, as a motel is still a very good choice. Full self-service check in, check out
