The room size is large and it has a refrigerator and sink, so it seems suitable for long-term stays. However, I don't know if it was just my room, but the water pressure was weak and the water wasn't very warm. There is also breakfast, but there aren't many options.
It was difficult to check in after arriving at the hotel. The manager finally confirmed it, saying that he couldn't find it when I inquired with the confirmation number and my name I reserved. A hotel employee said, ”This happens a lot,” and asked me to make another hotel reservation site in the future.
However, when I reached the hotel, they charged me again at the hotel on my card. After asking the people at the front desk, they said that the charge on my card was pending and would disappear overtime. Even so, today I realized that the money was deducted from my card.
It is said that the amount approved by the hotel will be refunded in five days, but I am angry because this is the first time.
The ladies at the front desk was very rude and did not help at all. Luckily, the man there helped me a lot. The story was that I had arrived early in the morning but there was no room available. I could understand wait but that ladies had a very bad attitude and just denied to keep me any advice. However, that man gave me a key to the garage so that I could unload my luggage from my car and waited at the lobby. Then I didn’t need to look for a place to wait for the room.

It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. There is no place to eat nearby. There are some Korean food. Easy parking. If you have a car, it is recommended to live here. There is no need to live in the New York City area. It is safer.
The hotel is right on Rout 4 West and within walking distance to the famous Korean H Mart and a Korean sauna place with a few restaurants at reasonable prices.
Easy to cross the GW Bridge into Manhattan with Lyft or Uber.
Shell station nearby offers food and beverage 24 hours.
Parking lot is huge. Rooms are sound proof.
Breakfast is basic but doable and free flow of beverage 24 hours 7 days.
Shower water pressure in my room 230 is low. Heater is a bit noisy but you can shut it down as the room is well insulated.
This is a budget hotel; the staff are friendly and pleasant to customers; however, there has been no swimming pool & jacuzzi since 2019, and it was the first time I booked the hotel to stay with my parents for 10 days. Even back then, the swimming pool was under construction 2019, and since then, nothing has changed. There were no proper towels at the fitness center, so the air circulation was not in good shape. The chef at the kitchen had a family funeral, so he took at least 5 days off during labor day weekend:( I had to order food from uber eats online.. finally
Too noisy, under the highway overpass, it's very noisy all day long. Not recommended. The road behind is impossible to go up. It looks like you can go through the back on Google Maps, but in fact there is a big drop. After staying for 5 days, I decisively changed hotels.
As a family, we chose and booked this hotel because it was supposed to have a spa area and a pool. When we booked, we were only told after checking in and paying in full that the pool and spa area were not active. However, we cannot cancel the booking. The cancellation would cost more than the amount paid. We paid almost €1200 for 3 nights and that was without breakfast, although breakfast was included in the booking. The hotel is also very noisy because it is on the highway. Even on the seventh floor we had the feeling that cars were driving through the room. Room service was only in the room once between September 25th and 29th to clean and change the towels, and that was one day before departure. We had towels from our vacation that we used. On the whole, the staff were friendly but not helpful. I cannot recommend the hotel with a clear conscience, especially if you specify a pool as a criterion but don't get one for the high price. I can only hope that the rating is visible to everyone.
OK, business trips can live, the environment is general, breakfast is general, there is not much choice for breakfast, the taste is general, the price is good. Suitable for business trips, it is general
