"The room size is large and it has a refrigerator and sink, so it seems suitable for long-term stays. However, I don't know if it was just my room, but the water pressure was weak and the water wasn't very warm. There is also breakfast, but there aren't many options."
"It was difficult to check in after arriving at the hotel. The manager finally confirmed it, saying that he couldn't find it when I inquired with the confirmation number and my name I reserved. A hotel employee said, ”This happens a lot,” and asked me to make another hotel reservation site in the future.
However, when I reached the hotel, they charged me again at the hotel on my card. After asking the people at the front desk, they said that the charge on my card was pending and would disappear overtime. Even so, today I realized that the money was deducted from my card.
It is said that the amount approved by the hotel will be refunded in five days, but I am angry because this is the first time."
"It was a little confusing at first because Homewood suites and Hampton inn was listed at the same property. But we are glad that we chose Hampton as it was cheaper but also shared the same amenities. The rate was decent and for the quality. It was a little bit out of the way to get to the city but the bus was accessible and it's supposed to only take about 30 minutes or so to get to the city."

"It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. There is no place to eat nearby. There are some Korean food. Easy parking. If you have a car, it is recommended to live here. There is no need to live in the New York City area. It is safer."
"The hotel is right on Rout 4 West and within walking distance to the famous Korean H Mart and a Korean sauna place with a few restaurants at reasonable prices.
Easy to cross the GW Bridge into Manhattan with Lyft or Uber.
Shell station nearby offers food and beverage 24 hours.
Parking lot is huge. Rooms are sound proof.
Breakfast is basic but doable and free flow of beverage 24 hours 7 days.
Shower water pressure in my room 230 is low. Heater is a bit noisy but you can shut it down as the room is well insulated."
"This is a budget hotel; the staff are friendly and pleasant to customers; however, there has been no swimming pool & jacuzzi since 2019, and it was the first time I booked the hotel to stay with my parents for 10 days. Even back then, the swimming pool was under construction 2019, and since then, nothing has changed. There were no proper towels at the fitness center, so the air circulation was not in good shape. The chef at the kitchen had a family funeral, so he took at least 5 days off during labor day weekend:( I had to order food from uber eats online.. finally "
"Not recommended for the following reasons
1-Rooms are not cleaned every day. When you go to the front desk to make an appointment, you have to check the day you are staying, and then decide whether to clean or not
2-After cleaning, the bath towels are not replaced with new ones, the pillowcases are not replaced, and the toilet paper is not provided
3-The sound insulation is poor. The TV in the next room can be heard, and the sound in the corridor is more obvious
4-Most of the front desk staff have stern faces
5-The room does not provide bottled water (many American hotel lobbies have water + coffee + juice), but not here. The water sold at the front desk is not cheap (two bottles for more than $7)
6-The location is not good. You can hardly get out without a car. If you have a car, you have to take a detour. It is said that parking is also charged
In short, it is not recommended. If you don't believe it, come and experience it yourself. I will not stay here again"
"If you have a car, this is a great location, but it can be a bit inconvenient during rush hour. The facilities are great and clean, but you can hear a lot of noise from cars and motorcycles. The deposit is cheap at $25, and the refund was the fastest."
"OK, business trips can live, the environment is general, breakfast is general, there is not much choice for breakfast, the taste is general, the price is good. Suitable for business trips, it is general"
