五一期間和長者一起出行，選擇住在天津恆大酒店。原計劃住兩天，因長者身體突發狀況，僅住宿了一天就離開了。在辦理離店手續時，特別感謝胡微微和王亞青兩名員工，主動幫助協調辦理離店手續，還主動詢問與幫助長者，給予了很大的幫助，讓我們也是感覺到非常温暖。為恆大酒店的高品質服務、完善的設施，特別是高素質的員工大大點贊，絕對好評，期待下次再來。也特別感謝攜程的服務，電話協助辦理手續的攜程員工，忘記問她的名字了，也是積極給予了關心和幫助，處處感到了温暖，為攜程服務點贊，感謝攜程，相信攜程。

酒店環境很好，值班經理吳玉林、麼艷娟非常負責，工作人員都很熱心，入住後發現房間陽台門鎖不好用，電台給前台，馬上給換了個新的，全程不到半小時。離盤山很近點步行到山門也就5分鐘左右。早餐豐盛，泳池乾淨，假日甄選

酒店緊挨着盤山景區；院內停車方便；配套的休閑娛樂項目齊全、少部分免費；酒店內和景區旁吃飯比較方便；房間內空間大、還帶有陽台；衹是這個季節依然沒有開空調有點悶、服務員很快就送來落地扇；自助早餐種類很多，味道中規中矩吧；值班經理新楊、胡微微很熱情，臨走還送了小禮物；下次再去玩還會考慮入住！

房間不錯，景也很美，但是服務很一般（除了前台辦理入住的工作人員）
我們訂的綠氧豪華大床房，但是衹能提供一床被子。我要求加被子告訴我沒有多餘的，我覺得很不可思議。就算我是兩個成人，我也可以要求兩床被子吧？更何況我們還帶了孩子。最後説給協調了一床。。。確實不太能理解為什麼🧐會沒有被子，並且這麼直接的拒絕我的需求。第一次遇見，也許是我要求過分了吧🤷♀️

酒店位置很好，就在盤山腳下，離盤山景區大門走路五分鐘。清明假期後出遊，人不算多，環境舒適。酒店服務很好，前台麼艷娟經理很熱情，給我們升級了湖景房。總體上對來盤山的遊客是個不錯的選擇。

清明小假前臨時決定出行，郊區很多酒店都滿房了，就定了兩天這裏
四個大人➕一個寶寶，我們訂了一個大床房和標間
入住後發現寶寶入住的房間特別陰冷，抱着試試的心態跟前台聯繫，前台經理特別耐心周到，給寶寶升級了一個套房，玩的很開心
遊樂場很大，唯一一點就是沒了暖氣，地面冰冷，長時間有點待不住
