Hotel housekeeper does not clean up the room everyday, blankets / towels are all in the same mess each day. Soap and shampoo got empty and were not filled up even we put them out from bathroom (and wish they could recognise)

衞生：衞生收拾的非常好，都很乾凈沒有衞生死角
設施：設施都比較先進
環境：周邊環境也不錯 酒店外有很多吃飯的地方，也有地方停車

酒店位置還不錯，到西北角、五大道都挺方便，房間比較一般，衞生條件也不好，有很多衞生死角沒有打掃乾淨。家庭房面積還可以，大床房就很小了，進門就是床、旁邊就是窗户；衞生間排風扇是壞的，淋雨花灑水壓也不穩定，忽冷忽熱的，而且停車場很小，就是進門靠牆的一排車位，衹能停5輛車，不過一文價錢一文貨，看在相對比較便宜的房價，也就忍了，衹是下次再去天津玩兒不會考慮訂他們家了。

也經營幾年了，物品也舊了，毛巾成流蘇，每個酒店好像都不怎麼打掃地面
這次刻意選9.1號開學了週日入住人不多，空房多，問了一下能給升個標準嗎？客服問了一個葛優癱玩遊戲的男生，不知道這小哥兒是不是這家東家少爺，眼皮都不抬“想升你把訂單取消重新選貴的”生意好的已經懶得維護老顧客。
他家贏在價錢便宜，天津沒什麼旅遊商務更少的可憐沒什麼象樣兒的酒店，要不是每次需要帶長者看病也不想湊合。

酒店不錯呦，連住了三晚的家庭房，寬敞夠大，乾淨衞生，硬件設施也不錯！服務也熱情，有求必應！
酒店周邊是居民區，買東西吃飯也很方便，對面還有大商場，解決吃喝不成問題！下次再來還住這裏！照片忘記拍了，酒店介紹啥樣，實物是啥樣！
