The front desk staff greeted me with a cheeriness that could rival a cup of strong English tea. The check-in was smooth. Very convenient location. My room was spotlessly clean. The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.

Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in, English speaking and friendly. The room was very nice and came with a bathtub with a shower head and tap. The buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't bad, some decent choices, but more Chinese than Western food if any. The hotel is a few minutes from Xiaobailou Subway Station and it's pretty central for downtown travel - restaurants, the scenic areas etc. Overall, a great experience, place and people. Great location, near subway, shops and restaurants. Hotel is close to needing a refurbishment, some areas a bit faded but overall comfortable and clean. Breakfast is currently being delivered to the rooms as restaurant is closed. The breakfast we had was quite good but no choice involved. Would stay here again.

Tianjin Lishunde Apartment, the service is very warm and polite, the room is large, the windows are also large, the window is the Haihe River, the scenery is also good. One bed is 1.5 meters and the other is 1.35 meters, which is very comfortable for a family of three. It's just that the bathroom facilities are a bit old, the nozzle can't be taken off and it's broken. I thought I would just stay one night and make do with it, but it was too late and I couldn't ask the master to come and fix it. Suggestion: Next time, the cleaning staff can check it before guests check in, and tell the engineering department in advance to come and repair it. Otherwise, it will be inconvenient for us to come back very late from listening to cross talk like we did. There is also a kitchen, which is nice to have a refrigerator. You can buy some cold drinks on ice in the summer, and there are relatively few tableware. There is Qixian Supermarket nearby, which can deliver goods, which is very convenient! There are no restaurants nearby. If you want to eat breakfast at a time-honored restaurant, you have to take a taxi. The nearest Zhensucheng is about 1.5 kilometers away.

Very good. I booked it during the National Day trip to Tianjin. My aunt cleaned up in time. Hot drinks and popcorn were provided in the lobby. The front desk service was attentive. It feels good.

If you are traveling with your family, the apartment has an excellent location, close to the subway, Fifth Avenue and Xiaobailou are right next to it, so it is very convenient to go everywhere! The room is spacious, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine are all available, which greatly facilitates daily life. The sanitation is good, the environment is quiet, the bedding is good, and the sleep is good! I am very satisfied with my stay!

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

The room was nice, and the lady at the front desk upgraded the room with a wide view. The overall experience is good, but the sound insulation effect is average. The unqualified guest in the next room started singing at 6 o'clock in the morning, which made me speechless😓. Thanks for the hard work, the ladies at the front desk actively helped to solve the problem. I thought they were front desk staff, but it turned out that they actually went to work at 9 o'clock. It was really hard work~

An exceptional stay, one of the best in China in recent memory. Very impressed with the politeness of staff, such as greetings from waiters during breakfast. Hotel is a cutural gem and had no idea it has such a rich history. Quirky and fun, highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent.
