"This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around.
Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too.

The room hygiene is particularly meticulous, the bedding is white and odorless, and there is no dust and debris in the corner, which makes people feel particularly at ease. Xiaomei at the front desk was warm and caring throughout the whole process. From check-in to consultation around, he answered patiently and meticulously, and his attitude was particularly good. "This is the second time I have stayed at Wanxin Zhige Hotel. This is a newly opened hotel this year. The price is quite favorable online. The last time I came to the peak summer tourist period, the price of this hotel was compared to other newly opened hotels. "The room was a bit small, but the facilities were quite good, and having a courtyard made parking easy. It's very close to the train station, and it was convenient to take bus 34 in the morning to the Maijishan Grottoes. There are also many dining options nearby.
My luggage was left behind, and the front desk called to inform me and even helped mail it. I'm so, so grateful 🥹. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Maijishan."

"Great, thank you Trip.com The first stop of this trip let us stay at the favorite, awesome, newly opened high-end star hotel, as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the front desk little beauty Xiao Wang and other little beauty waiters warmly received us, their sweet smile, Warm and cordial greetings let us off the fatigue of driving for more than 7 hours on the trip, and we were intimate and enthusiastic to upgrade to a warm and clean double room, and sent a lot of pure water and local specialties. It was really touched. The hotel has an underground parking lot on the ground. Next to the hotel is Qinzhou Impression Culture Commercial Street. There are large supermarkets, many restaurants, and everything is convenient. When eating breakfast, the hotel manager Wang personally served tea and coffee to the guests. It was really warm. I chose this hotel in order to go to Maijishan Grottoes early in the morning. The location is very advantageous. It is only a ten-minute walk to the tourist center. The hotel facilities are good, the price is very affordable, and you can check out late until two o'clock. What was really speechless was that there was a very bad smell as soon as I entered the room. I changed to another room and still had the same problem. The front desk said that other guests had also complained about it and asked us to ventilate the room ourselves, but it didn't go away after a long time. I observed that it was the odor of the cleaning rag and mop. They should learn from other hotels how to keep the indoor air fresh. It doesn't require a nice fragrance, but I shouldn't have to fall asleep smelling the stench all night. This is really important for someone like me who is sensitive to smells. Also, there was cigarette ashes in the ashtray when I entered the room and it was not cleaned. If the hotel management can improve the quality of room cleaning, it is still recommended to stay here.

Front desk service: I felt very comfortable from the door, the staff smiled and greeted me, the check-in speed was super fast, and I also took the initiative to inform the elevator location and breakfast time. I asked some questions about the surrounding play in the middle, and I patiently answered them. The attitude was particularly good and people felt very kind.
Room hygiene: As soon as you enter the room, your eyes shine, the desktop and floor are clean, there is no dust. The bedding looks very tidy, it feels refreshing, and there is no smell. The bathroom is even more reassuring. The toilet, sink, and shower area are all polished, and even the corners are cleaned up in place, with special peace of mind.

MM9249****It can be seen that the young couple is running the business very carefully. The location of the B&B is good. We arrived at around five o'clock in the afternoon, and there were not many people in the grotto. The tour guide provided by the boss was very good, explained in detail, told us where to take good photos, and helped us take group photos at several points. I strongly recommend everyone to come in the evening and use the tour guide provided by the boss. Great experience. The food is rich in mountain flavor. Specialties, Tianshui Guagua Ranran Laolao. It tastes very good. Breakfast is also provided for 15 people, which is enough. All in all, I highly recommend him.

RRoszaimyOk in the listing it was not indicated that the bathroom is shared (many guesthouses put this info in the title of the room categories. But probably one could have guessed by way this guesthouse was only displaying only 2 room photos without any bathroom photo. But the price is cheap, very close to the railway station, fast wifi, bottled water and friendly service. The shared bathroom is a bit of a walk from the room in open air setting. Probably difficult in winter. But the weather in Tianshui in June was warm so that’s good. Checkin process also took a while for foreigner’s registration. Overall, it was an okay for budget stay for 1 night before taking the train.

PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other.
Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station.
But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis.
Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

FFengchuimailang76As a frequent visitor with multiple hotel membership cards, when I stayed in Hanting in the provincial city this month, I encountered a rather embarrassing scene: at breakfast, the staff could not find my breakfast news, and directly invited me out of the restaurant. Despite such an unpleasant experience, but out of trust in the Hanting brand and recognition of the Trip.com platform, when I traveled during the Spring Festival, I chose to book the Hanting Hotel in Tianshui.
After check-in, the spacious layout of the room and the clean and tidy environment left a good impression on me, which is commendable. However, there are some obvious problems with the accommodation experience. The air conditioner was very noisy when it was running, and the indoor air was dry after the temperature was raised, and my lips were dry and cracked; Adjusted to moderate temperature, and because the quilt is thin, I accidentally caught a cold.
When taking a bath, the cold water was put for a long time, and the water temperature was still not ideal, which made people very helpless; and the speed of the warm water in the washbasin was even slower, and the waiting time was really long.
In terms of breakfast, there are also a lot of conditions. On the first day of stay, the front desk told me that I could not find my breakfast message, but said that I could give an extra one. I didn't want to take advantage of this, so I refunded the order and re-booked a double breakfast. As a result, when my lover went to pick up breakfast on the first day of the New Year, I was still told that I didn't book breakfast. He could silently accept the ”hands” at the front desk, and he didn't dare to ask more. I really couldn't bear it. I called the front desk to ask for verification. I didn't expect the other party to be tough and have no sincerity to solve the problem.
In desperation, I can ask Trip.com for help. Fortunately, the staff is positive and has a strong ability to deal with problems. It quickly and properly solved my troubles, which made me feel a little better.

CChezzaThis new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.

There is an entrance to the underground shopping street just outside the entrance,and many convenience shops. It is just a few minutes walk away from the pedestrian shopping street. There is a KTV in the same building, but I never heard any noise from it. The decor is a little dated now, but otherwise it is a fine choice at this price point.
