房間很大，非常寬敞，家庭房也是新裝修的，硬件設施OK。最關鍵的是，如果你國假來天台縣，在縣中心一到吃飯的時間，可以説一桌難求，人多的話更是一場災難。而這個賓館出門左轉走路3分鐘就有一傢俬房菜，有包廂，價格絕對親民，味道非常不錯，下次來天台縣還住這裏

床單不明污漬，窗簾發黴，牆皮發黴掉落，水龍頭損壞 衞生間無紙巾 地漏散發了一晚上惡臭
所有東西有圖有真相，攜程訂房十年第一次碰到如此之差的酒店，最搞笑早上7點退房，前台消失了，也沒辦法衹能房卡前台一放
入住2小時後就渾身癢，應該是過敏了

房間比較大，應該説是很寬敞了，美中不足就是有一個房間的下水道實在是味道重，大概是運氣不好，其他房間都沒問題，就唯獨這個，希望老闆加快改進

天台山站打車不到10分鐘就到了，對高鐵出行的很友好，各個平台叫車接單都很快。
房間超級大，是我目前訂過的標間中最大的，而且性價比超級高。帶了兩個人的早餐，住了三個人，店家贈送了一個人的早餐。
店家服務很Nice。
隔壁是農批市場，各種肉，菜，日用品，禮品都可以買到，很便宜。

雖然攜程上有説明可接待外賓，但入住前三天就已經去電詢問過老闆是否可以接待外賓，老闆也回答可以。
結果當天中午12點到店後登記證件訊息就登記很久久，至少有二十分鐘，後來決定先把證件留給前台接待和經理，我們先去跑行程，有問題可以撥電話給我，不然不就整天耗在這裏……
晚上8點半回到旅店，竟！然！還沒用好讓我們重新登記了一次訊息和複印證件拍現場照片什麼的，讓我們又站在櫃枱至少十五分鐘！已經過了8個小時，我完全無法理解為什麼還沒處理好？？？而且過程中前台人員完全沒有表達不好意思，完全一副覺得很麻煩的態度。
首先，我們花錢消費是顧客，妳的的工作既然選擇了前台接待，要有基本的職業素養與道德吧？擺那張臉給消費者看是什麼意思。
第二，我是有再次確認是否可以接待外賓的，旅店的設備有沒有跟上並不是我們入住客人應該要負責或承擔的，既然當時和我説可以接待就不應該浪費我們這麼多時間，還讓前台人員的“臭臉”影響到我們出遊的心情！

幫朋友代訂，酒店還是挺不錯的，房間寬敞，床塹軟硬適中，停車場有充電樁，位置也多，早餐可以自助點餐並送到房間。
