We had a pleasant three-day stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, situated between two large malls with plenty of shops and restaurants and within a reasonable cab ride to both George Town and Batu Ferringhi. The room was quite spacious but a little bit dated and worn down. It could use a refresh. The bed was very comfortable, however, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We enjoyed using the beautiful infinity pool. Service was friendly and efficient. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. Although there is a good variety of items offered, many just weren't very tasty. The best thing on the buffet was the homemade ice cream. Overall, this is a good place to stay when exploring the island of Penang.

I stayed at Waterfall Hotel, Penang recently with my parents for a night. We were there for pilgrimage trip hence we decided to stay a hotel near to temples and this was a perfect place. The room is spacious, comfy and clean. It has two double beds as we stayed in a Superior Family Room. The room consists of all the basic facilities such as Hot Shower, Toiletries, Towels, Hairdryer, Fridge and Electric Kettle. Near by there is an Indian Restaurant which offer both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Food. There are also other cafes. Overall, it was good.

I recently stayed at the Berjaya Hotel in Penang and found the experience to be a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The bed was notably comfortable, providing a good night's rest. However, my stay was marred by significant noise issues. It seemed like there was a lot of disturbance coming from the surrounding rooms, particularly when someone next door used water facilities. I suspect the main water compressor might be located near my room (2209), which contributed to the noise levels.The hotel, in general, shows signs of aging. While it maintains a classic charm, it would benefit greatly from refurbishment to enhance the overall guest experience. This update could really elevate the hotel to the standard one expects from a property in such a prime location.

This is a newly opened hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, very quiet, and free parking at the door. This small hotel, tucked away in Pulau Tikus, Penang is a gem! I was lucky to be upgraded, so I had a one-bedroom apartment - complete with kitchenette, fridge/freezer, and lots and lots of space. Parking is not a problem, and I love the fact that it is quite central without becoming embroiled in endless traffic jams. Lots of shops around to get whatever you need. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Penang.
