My name is Ajay Verma, I am a British born Indian Citizen from England, UK. We had a wonderful Stay once again thats twice in 10 months at Shanker Hotel, Kathmandu, we stayed in Nepal for 15 nights, Thank you very much to Mr Deepu Budhathoki for organising our stay, gracious hospitality and for hosting our trip for my marriage and previously my engagement last april may 2022.I MUST say, that the hospitality customer service from Mr Deepu along with the whole team from the porters all the way up to seniors was exceptional and second to None !!! without doubt!!!...Again to repeat and paraphrase, every member of staff were extremely efficient and tolerant and always respectful. They are an asset to the hotel, and I am Sure Mr Vinod and His son Mr Prajwol are very proud, who are the owners of this great establishment , who I met with several times in the lobby pool. side and during breakfast. In addiiton to this to this, credit to Housekeeping, Reception staff, night staff Mr Phabin Pun and Mr Sunit Shrstha and all security team. Finally the Business centre is great, as I had to work when I was there, plus they have great IT support namely Mr Milan,Travel team and Health Suite/Salon Further to this we were very Overwhelmed that Mr. Prajwol and his wife, gifted us a complimentary bottle of Champagne on my wedding day Subsequent to this, Housekeeping Manager,Mr Sajan Shrstha,decorated my room. thanks and regards to all, We felt we were at home from home,our stay was memorable and special, and the food was great Finally I deffinately recommend Hotel Shanker to any potential potential guests, kind regards, Ajay
