Family of 3. Accommodation was comfortable and n a great location. A little hard to locate the building as it’s not like regular hotel buildings. Had to use google images to locate. Lobby is situated on the 7th floor. Breakfast was served in-room and for the location, definitely value for money. Glad we managed to book it as it’s normally fully booked.

Hotel is very well located across street from Yoyogi JR station, several restaurants nearby for dinner. Just a bit difficult to locate check in lobby at 7th floor of building.

Staffs are very friendly people, room is clean.

I rated average for cleanliness was because it was dirty, but the tatami straws seems to be falling into pieces. Everything your cloths dropped unto the floor, the fabric would pick up some pieces or dust balls. Staffs are kind and friendly. But take note that you will be locked out from 12 midnight to 6am every night. Room is definitely spacious. Good for family. Yoyogi station at doorstep. Macdonald next door. Tully coffee 2 doors away. National Botanic Garden 15mins away by wall. Takashimaya 15mins away. If you get a good price, its worth a stay. Breakfast was fairly basic; bread, butter, hard boiled egg, jelly yogurt, typical Japanese black coffee.

Friendly staff and friendly location

There was a triple room, so it was good for 3 people. The staff are all elderly, so I was grateful that they responded kindly! The room condition was good and most of all, it was spacious and comfortable. I was a little disappointed that there was a curfew(?) than I thought.

One thing to say, it was my first time to stay in this kind of B&B hotel. I had a Chinese eldest sister and the communication during check-in was very smooth. The hotel is just across from Yoyogi Subway Station. You can see it as soon as you get out of the station. The traffic is very smooth. Convenient, it only takes 30 seconds to walk, haha. Convenient. I booked a standard room for one night and a special windowless room for one night on Ctrip. Since there were no windows with windows during the Spring Festival, I was given a windowless room for two nights. Breakfast is included, will you be asked for coffee? Or tea? An egg 🥚, a small box of yogurt, a small dry bread, a Mini sandwich bread, a very mini box of vegetables, please see the picture for details. I stayed for two days first, went to another place for one day, and booked an additional three days.

It's right in front of Yogi Station, so it's perfect for getting there by subway!! The staff are all friendly and the breakfast is delicious!! Rest early at night because there is a curfew (00:00-06:00) It's perfect for those who want it!

Very satisfied, the location is very convenient, there is an elevator at Yoyogi Station A3. Is the exit right next to McDonald's? You can take the elevator to the hotel on the 7th floor. Grandpas are very kind. It's easy to transfer and there are a lot of places to eat nearby. There are no disadvantages except that you can't come in or out from 12 to 6 am. The price/performance ratio is high and the room is big enough. Our family of four enjoyed our stay there. Will come again next time. For children aged 10 and 5, an additional 1,000 yen was added.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a subway station opposite. There are many delicious restaurants downstairs and nearby. The rooms are large and clean. However, the lobby is average and you cannot enter the hotel after 12 midnight. Breakfast is also available. It is recommended for a short stay.

I didn't like the hotel, because it has a policy of not letting anyone in from 12am to 6am, I came especially to stay and go to the bars in Shinjuku

It's a friendly and clean place. Soundproofing is not good. The female boss doesn't speak English. It's amazing how well it's been cleaned.

It was located right in front of the station, so it was very accessible and easy to travel around. The room was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also really delicious. I stayed for 2 nights, and the room was cleaned well. I plan to stay again next time.
