This hotel near Shiomi Station is very convenient for transportation, as you can catch a train right outside. The room was clean, but unfortunately, it's close to the tracks, so there's train noise during the morning and evening rush hours. The overall facilities are sufficient, making it suitable for a short stay in Tokyo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie! The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, which made a huge difference traveling with our family. The location was excellent, with the subway station just a short walk away. It was incredibly easy to get around Tokyo without complicated transfers, making it a convenient home base for exploring the city and visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. Overall, Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie was an excellent choice for our family. Great location, comfortable rooms, and easy transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

The value for money is decent, mainly because the price is right. It's three stops from Tokyo Station, but getting anywhere requires a transfer at Tokyo Station, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall, I'd say it's worth it for the price. There's also a great BBQ place nearby.

The hotel bed had dust mites. My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights and got several large bites. Definitely do not stay at this hotel.

There's absolutely nothing to complain about with this hotel. The only minor drawback is that the view from the window is of the hotel's courtyard. It's right next to Shiomi Station. I highly recommend staying here if you're attending an exhibition at Big Sight, such as Comitia or Comic Market. It's also close to Toyosu Station on the Yurikamome Line, about a 20-minute walk to catch the first train.

Fantastic location, super convenient for airport access and exploring! The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The front desk lady was very sweet and helpful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Tokyo!

Coming here was a very wise decision! The price was right, the breakfast was abundant, and the drinks were delicious. Starting the day with a full stomach really boosts your energy. The laundry room was large and very convenient. The hotel also has a convenience store with friendly staff. Most importantly, it's right next to the subway. Before arriving, I compared many hotels near Disneyland and decided that being close to the subway was essential. Compared to hotels with free shuttle buses to Disneyland, those areas often have fewer facilities and are actually less convenient. The happiest thing was getting our precious lost items back: we accidentally left our umbrella and the headband our child picked out at Disneyland. I mentioned it to the front desk before checking out, not really expecting anything, but the hotel actually found them for us! It must have been lost at the convenience store. We are truly grateful to everyone who helped us! This trip ended perfectly and beautifully. Finally, thank you for arranging a family room for us; our child loved the room here, and I will recommend it to my friends!

Great location, very close to the subway station, and clean! There's also a large supermarket nearby with a wide variety of affordable items, plus a 24-hour convenience store, making it perfect for a family trip.

This has been my go-to hotel for years, and I really like it. Even though it's a bit far from the city center, its proximity to the tram station makes it super convenient. The rooms are quite spacious for Japan, and the cafe/diner downstairs is excellent. This year, they even opened a 7-Eleven inside the hotel, which is a great added convenience. However, it's generally not possible to check-in early or check-out late here. Even if they have available rooms, they'll charge you 3000 JPY per hour, which is quite different from what you'd find in China. They don't make exceptions even for loyal customers, which I find a bit inflexible, but I guess it's a cultural difference.

This hotel is right by Shiomi Station, making it super convenient for getting to Disney and the city center. The room was quite spacious for Tokyo standards, and the view from the window was really open. The staff were very enthusiastic and made my stay comfortable. The breakfast selection was also great, with fish, sausage, bacon, meatballs, scrambled eggs, curry rice, ochazuke, bread, and waffles. I'll definitely be back!

The location is super convenient, right across from JR Shiomi station. However, you'll need to transfer to get to places like Shinjuku. It's really easy to get to Disneyland though. There's a big supermarket and convenience stores nearby, which is very handy for shopping! Plus, there's a Family Mart on the first floor of the hotel. They even provide bath salts you can mix yourself, and the toiletries are comprehensive. The best feature, hands down, is the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom – that's a rare find and truly excellent. The room itself isn't small either; we could easily fit three suitcases, so it felt quite spacious.

Room super big and comfortable for family of 4 adults. Have a Japanese style dining table as well as clothing room. Best hotel that I ever stayed in Japan. Located just opposite shiomi station.

On Saturdays, due to the firework display, hotels in Tokyo are generally much more expensive. This place offers great value for money on weekdays.
