酒店服務相當貼心，有求必應，最後退房那天由於趕飛機來不及在酒店吃早餐，酒店提前給我們每個人準備了一個袋子裏面有自製三明治小零食果汁。酒店周圍有很多餐館，出門步行就能走到，打車可以讓前台幫忙叫車

What a wonderful hotel! Our welcome was friendly and professional. We were so thrilled to be offered an upgrade and were shown two beautiful rooms both with balconies which we could chose from. We were left to settle in and then offered complimentary drinks. We also had some lunch chosen from an extensive menu. Beautifully presented and delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, robes and a beach bags. Pool towels were changed daily. Lovely eco friendly toiletries. All the staff were amazing - friendly, professional, approachable. The food was amazing - a huge variety for breakfast. Served a hot drink of your choice (no awful coffee machine) plus a freshly squeezed orange juice. Evening meal was four courses all served to your table. All serving staff were amazing and food excellent and of a high standard. Better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone. A five mile walk down the promenade towards the lighthouse was nice in the sunshine. Be warned though not many toilets were available so take a 50 cent coin with you :) Thank you for an amazing stay.

Amazing staff and fantastic breakfast. From the moment we arrived we were thoroughly looked after and the staff were always very warm and welcoming. Bed was comfy and breakfast has huge selection of delicious food. The coffee was also outstanding

Brasilia is definitely a cool hotel! And of course people make it so - the entire hotel staff is beyond praise - from the reception to the maids! It was so nice to go to breakfast, knowing that not only delicious dishes and carefully selected products, but also wonderful staff!

Our recent stay at your Hotel was a pure delight. The impeccable service, cuisine, and well-maintained facilities made it an unforgettable vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Beyond it the hotel's amenities and cleanliness were exceptional. The serene surroundings and attentive hygiene measures added to the overall comfort. Especially, the swimming pool area is always clean. In a nutshell, It's the perfect destination for a memorable getaway and we hope that we will return for another exceptional stay at your Hotel.

Hotel at the highest level. Big thanks to all the staff. A very enjoyable stay and excellent food. The hotel is located right next to the beach. Hotel parking included in the room price, right next to the hotel.

This must be one of the best hotels for service, it is truly second to none. The staff cannot do enough for you, from the owners right through to the cleaners they are all excellent at what they do. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable, with a lovely pool area. If you stay here you will not be disappointed, its a wonderful experience and makes your holiday an exceptional one.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Really it was flawless. Such attention to detail. All areas spotless, food and drinks outstanding and also good value, and a beautiful pool area with big comfy loungers. Also plenty of sun beds on beach. Staff throughout the hotel were outstanding. Friendly, attentive service . We were in room 501. It was right at the top of the hotel with incredible views. Worth paying a little extra. Fresh beach towels in room every day. Other nice touch was that the receptionist took us up to our room and showed us round.Never had this before so another personal touch. Lido do Jesilo is built up but it never felt really crowded for some reason. Lots of lovely restaurants locally. I like to run a bit on holiday. Promenade is 11k so that was another bonus though need to go at sunrise as too hot later. We felt this hotel was exceptional and it fully deserves its positive reviews.

Very nice hotel, deserving of its 4 stars. We stayed in a Deluxe beach front room. Found the bed very comfortable with a good pillow selection. My wife found the matress a little had, so the nicely offered her a topper to soften it for her. Breakfast selection was excellent quality in the foods with a very wide variety. The wait staff are wonderful for their friendliness, service and dedication. The only negative thing I can say is that the airconditioning (even at minumum) was so loud we had to turn it off during the night. The bathroom is connected to the room via a transparent glass sliding door, so at night, if someone uses the bathroom and turns on its light, the whole bedroom is illuminated, waking the other person in bed.
