10 minutes from the center by bus. We arrived later than 8pm, they gave us the code to obtain the key over the phone. Very uncomfortable pillow.

Following my reservation on trip.com (so I paid for my stay), I showed up at the hotel.
The person at the front desk tells me the hotel is full and they don't have my reservation.
He explained to me that trip.com was responsible.
I am forced to urgently look for another hotel (and pay again of course)
So I paid twice for my stay.
Trip.com and this hotel should be banned, SCANDALOUS.
What must I do now ???

The staff are friendly, can speak English, and have a good attitude. The corridors are a bit spooky but the rooms are nice. Remember to bring your own water, the hotel does not have a vending machine or a 24-hour front desk.
