Remember to close the doors and windows no matter day or night. It is best to buy simple mosquito nets from Taobao. The service is also very good and the staff are very enthusiastic. Due to the off-season, there may be more vacancies. The front desk also upgraded our rooms for free and arranged the best sea orientation. I have to say that there is something fussy, but the island’s prices are too high, the water from the tap is salty, the boiled water tastes poor, (mineral water from the shop is 10 Fijian dollars, about 2.5 liters), and the island charges are too expensive for the hotel. There is no free shuttle.

Phenomenal place to stay and particularly good value. The sunset rooms were lovely and more than adequate, especially being away from the noise of the bar.. The food, though cafeteria serving style, changed enough each time that after 5 days only breakfast got repetitive. Staff were amazing throughout and so long as you don't need great WiFi you can completely relax. Make sure you take some good books or a few movies loaded onto your devices though, there's only so much snorkeling and diving I could fill my day with.

Four of us stayed at Muskoka Resort on Malolo Lailai Island for three days. The end of the road is beautiful and there is no one at all. But next time I will choose the intercontinental of the main island, because my son likes to surf there.
