Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel, the white house has lost its antan faste .... We arrive on the floors of rooms on unsucked moquettes for months certainly so dirty, The room is spacious (which is the 5-star criterion), but which is vetus and needs refreshment, the bathroom is spacious but without comfort and especially with toilet articles already used .... The bed remains comfortable. The breakfast is a nightmare ....no worthwhile of a 5-star . We need to ask for a winehouse, we need to pick up the thermos funds to have it because they don't recharge, the cheese that dates is not known when and the dry and dehydrated charcuterie. Very strongly that the responsible people realize what is a real 5 stars and even in Tunisia .... Open your eyes!!!

I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. About 200 people were famous. To be honest, half a person in Tunisia. Different hotels living in the month, her family's breakfast is small and poor, the variety is very poor, the place to eat is as big as a public toilet, 哎

I stayed in this hotel for a night, and I warn you, nothing is recommendable, except that dinner can be acceptable, not even extraordinary. For the rest, it is horrible: very little receptionist and who jokes with his pot while I was talking with him, very loaded street side room without double glass( I let you imagine the noise) And cerezes on the cake already infected nearby with a night box that, from 22 or 23h, makes all the walls of the room vibrate up to at least 2h of the morning. I have not closed the eye of the night. For the price you are requesting, you will find much better elsewhere.

In Tunis for one night, our manager reserved us to the diplomat.. and what error!!! This pseudo 4 stars is 15 minutes from Carthage Airport. Vesty decor, smell of cracked walls ...a hotel over time. The rooms are a valid copy of the hall and the rest of the hotel, with a 70's brine where everything is refreshed, used...Even the TV channels were in fashion.. analogical!! The only positive note, the kindness of the staff who prepared a late dinner despite the closure of the rest.
