The area is very quiet, hygienic and clean. The hotel breakfast is simple but sufficient. I think it is very cost-effective.

The hotel is generally OK, the room is relatively simple

Very poor breakfast buffet. No salads, just 4 pieces of cheese, some slices of bacon, cold eggs, packaged bread. Industrial juices, in short.. 15 euros.. The hotel is bare, devoid of everything, no bathroom door, poor cleanliness, I found hair and a greasy tap. 152 euros, Hilton double tree at the ingot would be much better. Always check the comments, it's worth it

The staff helped me without hesitation when I encountered an extremely embarrassing situation, thank you! The hotel room is spacious and clean. It is absolutely competitive among hotels of the same price. The equipment is complete and rich in variety. The staff is very friendly and efficient! I hope I will choose it again next time I go to Turin!

All perfect. Close to the metro and of course the ingot. Very good breakfast and nice and clean rooms. Friendly and well trained staff

The hotel is located in a historic area of Turin close to the Lingotto shopping centre which is part of the converted Fiat factory (the transformation is amazing and very eco-friendly). The spacious hotel lobby is light and welcoming and the rooms have plenty of space also. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help us with any questions. Public transport is easily accessible. The only aspects I would suggest are improved are the WiFi, the garden terrace and the Fitness facilities (the jacuzzi and steam bath weren’t available during our stay which was a shame as the downstairs area has a lot of potential).

The hotel was great. But the restaurant is slow as hell. It took 1 hour to get Dinner. The waiters are never around and the food is very slow

Amazing hotel and fabiulius staff. We stayed for the ATP Finals Tennis. Would highly recommend and hopefully be back next year !

Lovely location and hotel. We wanted to walk everywhere so this was the perfect location. Up to an hours walk to central Turin where all the shopping was. So many beautiful buildings to see on the way. There were also several local places too!

There isn't anything for tourists in the area, but I stayed here for a business trip, and it was a good experience. Hotel is clean and mostly well maintained. Room was spacious and the bathroom clean. There is a hotel restaurant, but the menu is limited and the choices did not appeal to me, so I did not try it. There is a subway stop a couple blocks away. A large shopping mall is one block away. There are many small local restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a supermarket one block away in the mall and a large Italian specialty market with several bars and restaurants within it. The hotel staff was helpful and spoke English, though the night staff less knowledgeable and fluent than the day.
