"The hotel is only three stops away from the railway station Porta Nuova. The hotel is 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. This is very convenient. The hotel is located on the main road. It is easy to find a walk from the station when we come. The nearby walk is 10 minutes. There is a Pam supermarket on the left and right. The room comes with free water, but there are no slippers for two days. The room is not big, but it is enough. A three-star hotel is worth the price. Two or three front desks are more serious and not very friendly"
"The hotel is in a great location. It completely exceeds the expectations of a 4️⃣ star hotel. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The lobby is grand. The rooms are large and well designed. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The environment is good. The service is warm. The breakfast is very rich. It is worth recommending."
"The hotel is very cool, close to the center. Breakfast is delicious and the hotel owner is very nice and helpful in every topic, including the command of cool places in Torino, even offered us a drone a local wine. Thanks for the whole service. The hotel is a commanding hotel."

"Excellent hotel with excellent location, right next to the porta sousa station, there are several stations in Turin, and excellent breakfast. If you stay more than one night, it is better to take a room on a side street, otherwise there is a tram."
"What kind of bicycles do you need at this price? The breakfast was very rich, the room was clean and spacious, and there was an Italian sister at the front desk who could speak Chinese."
"A good hotel near the center, second line from the river, next to the park. Rooms are spacious, high ceilings, comfortable bed, good sauna. Breakfast is good in Italian (except that fruit and vegetables are a little small). The area is full of bars, cafes and restaurants. There is a paid indoor parking that you need to book in advance. Parking is located a little far away (go 15 minutes fast, but it is such an area - there is also a ZTL restriction on the morning travel works, so be careful) and the road to the parking is not the most obvious, especially at the end, Especially if the repairs on the streets. In general, it is definitely recommended."
"The hotel is near the train station and walks for 7-8 minutes. The road in Turin is very square, so it is easy to follow the navigation to find the hotel. The reception staff at the hotel has a good service attitude and can also store luggage. There are many bus stops in front of the hotel, which is very convenient to go to the attractions. The furniture in the room is slightly old. There are two separate bathrooms in the room. One of them is a separate bathroom and a sink. It is very convenient for two people to live. Breakfast is European style, the variety is not particularly large but can be full. The room is hygienic and clean."
"The room was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located near Volta Nuovo Station, but it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and although there were few raw vegetables, many of the Turin specialties were good.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak, so I couldn't watch videos."
"#Praise# Satisfied with the size of the room, the layout of the room, the location, and the security; this hotel is right next to the university. The layout should be changed in the student dormitory. The decoration is very simple, but it is very clean. The room is very spacious. There is a big supermarket opposite. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities. If the weather is good, you can overlook the snowy mountains in the hotel corridor."

MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.
GGuest UserVery good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.
KKassen ChuHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
跳跳舞的大笨象Really good. Big and clean. Everything equipment is new. There’s a big balcony outside the room. You can have a sun bath. The receptionists are very professional and helpful.
TTomomiThe location is great, less than a minute's walk from the station. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and nice. He greeted me with a smile every time I entered or left the hotel. The room was spacious enough for me, who was alone, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was also very delicious, with a wide variety, so I enjoyed it every morning. Overall it was great, but if I had to say one thing, I wish there was a kettle in the room. That's all. There was a water cooler in the hallway, and you could drink both natural water and carbonated water. It was great. I would like to stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Turin.
GGuest UserTurin in January had a chilly wind and was -2 to 7 degrees Celsius, but this hotel was warm from the front desk. There was no air conditioning but heating. The building is old but simple and clean. You can hear the voices from the next room, but it's just conversation, so it wasn't too much of a problem and I was able to stay comfortably. It was a bit disappointing that the contents of the trash can in the bathroom were still there. The people at the front desk were very nice. There is no kettle. Shampoo, body gel, hand soap, towels, hair dryer, and paper cups are provided.
GGuest UserPrenotato in occasione di un concerto, perfetto per la distanza dal palazzetto, raggiungibile a piedi in poco tempo ( 15/20 min), comodi i mezzi per raggiungerlo Dalla stazione.
Stanza carina, pulita e curata. Reception 24/24
TTakoltermanAlthough this seems a little out of the way, it’s actually a quick 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. There is not a whole lot around so taking the train into the CBD is kind of necessary but worth it I think. These were single beds which was a pleasant surprise; although still very squeaky. There was an included breakfast in the morning consisting of cereal, croissants, rolls, and juices.
GGuest UserI was fine (I had already been there in May, getting a very good impression) .... kind and courteous staff, good and plentiful breakfast .... shame about the keys, a bit difficult to use which made the opening the door quite complex
