Upplands-Vasby Hotels with Breakfast

Horrible and terrifying experience. I arrived from the airport at this hotel (7-8pm) and it was already closed, so I had to use a machine that was outside of the building to get my room key. The machine stopped working midway ”printing” my room key. I tried to do everything to find someone to help me but the hotel thinks that even when it's close to the airport where thousands of tourists come, the only people staying with them are locals with Swedish phones. I tried to find my already-paid booking to start the process again and it said it was no longer available. After an hour of trying to get in contact with someone, I realized that I was stranded outside with 2 luggage bags in the middle of nowhere, at night, while snowing in a country I'd never been to. It was terrifying. Luckily a person who came to fix the elevator helped me to call an Uber and I was able to leave that hell and arrive at a hotel that had people checking in and I managed to get a room and sleep somewhere other than outside in the snow. I would NEVER recommend it. Ever.

The breakfast is really good! The staff is super nice! Good choice for traveling for sure!

Receptie heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen hier al jaren en hadden een foutje gemaakt met boeken. Gelukkig konden we de reservering omzetten met bijbetaling. Kamer prima in orde. Alleen erg onrustig. Tot ‘s avonds laat rennende kinderen op de gang en ‘s nachts om 02.00 uur veel lawaai op de gang ( of een verdieping hoger) waarschijnlijk kwamen er mensen laat op de kamer aan. Het ontbijt is gied, maar kan beter : brood is niet vers en waar is de echte smör gebleven ? Niet iedereen is vegan en niet iedereen houdt van de kunstmatige margarine of de zogenaamde opgeklopte boter.

Fantastic modern hotel with impressive public areas and services. They have an ultra modern gym and terrific sauna above the front desk. They have a play area near the front desk and a place to have breakfast and meals. The staff was very accommodating with Linus and Marijn offer personable and excellent service. Room is modern, but could use some artwork as it's very austere. Also the bathroom is one of those half glass affairs that the Europeans love, so the shower is going to spray all over the bathroom from the open back end. Also there was no soap dish which was frustrating and surprising. Nearby is a great Italian restaurant Nonno. Pro tip, if you're coming from the airport don't take a taxi as they'll charge you the full amount to go in a Stockholm and not to this hotel which is 10 minutes away. Take an Uber.
