Great, historic property with stylish rooms, and amazing staff that goes above and beyond. There are nice restaurants nearby, which can be loud, but offer delicious food so you won’t go hungry. Looking forward to staying in again!

I visited different villages and stayed in different hotels during my izmir tour, but for me, Gümrük hotel was the best of the best. Really enjoyed my stay, staff was amazing, the room was just wow! Beautiful design with that cute little balcony and the phenomenal view and you just can't get sick of! Wish I could stay more.

Lack of parking may be a problem in season. Although it was not a problem during the week in January, it was challenging on the weekends. The hotel's decoration, location and being in the marina are very nice. The rooms are large enough, the bed-sleep quality is high. Bathrooms may seem small. We found no plastic bags and used toothpaste in the garbage. Hotel textile quality is sufficient. For breakfast, you are given the right to choose from the menu at a popular place below the hotel. You can have your breakfast with delicious options in a beautiful environment. A nice place to have something to drink in the evening. The friendliness, interest and measured helpfulness of the young lady at the reception is very pleasing. Someone who is kind and knows his job will always please you. You can get an accommodation experience that is worth the price.

central location on the harbor, varied impressions, lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, large room with quiet air conditioning, friendly staff, very good breakfast, long promenade with some swimming opportunities, but very loud music in the restaurant area on weekends - not recommended for older people.
