Staff are friendly. Room is clean. There is a bus stop downstairs so you can easily go to nearby area without walking along distance.

這次一次很差的入住體驗了，預訂的時候就在特殊要求裏面寫了要安靜的房間結果被安排到了洗衣房的隔壁😢，那聲音大的根本沒辦法入睡…而且房間衞生很差，我進去的時候垃圾桶就有垃圾，難道這個是別人換過的房間？就算是別人換過的房間就不用休息嗎？ 還有牀頭櫃的兩邊…那是什麼情況 怎麼感覺很久沒有打掃過一樣喃？最後給我換了個房間，我覺得這換的房間更糟糕👎，門兩次都刷不開要等前台上來刷開門，進房間準備去洗個澡結果浴室有頭髮 而且不是一根兩根…什麼情況現在如家衞生這麼差了？

酒店服務員很熱情，還提供了一些幫助，酒店環境和衞生都不錯，供暖也很好，去的時候烏魯木齊零下20度，但是晚上很暖和。去週年買東西，酒店保安大姐也給很熱情的指路，有家的感覺呢。

放一次性拖鞋裡面有垃圾，讓我感覺這個拖鞋是重複利用的不敢穿，服務態度挺好，但是就是網上寫的15點退房，早早就打電話説讓17點之前退房

頁面上説房間有18-20平米，實際最多10平米，非常非常，非常小。兩個人走路都要互相避讓，網上預訂的房間，要麼位置不好，要麼房間面積縮水，但這個房間也未免太小了吧，縮了一半了，因為到的時間太晚了，也懶得找前台理論。湊合一晚，第二天換到紅旗路了，別的設施還好，房間也乾淨整齊，這個這個逼仄的環境讓人一言難盡，如家房間普遍小，但這麼小的頭一次見，房費是按照18-20平米收的，住宿面積少了一半，虛假宣傳，這算不算一種欺詐行為呢？
