The new hotel is good in every way, the service is very warm, and the sanitation is also very clean
The fly in the ointment is that the service is not professional enough. The English at the front desk is not good enough to understand key words. The heating was off. I called the front desk three times and no one had to ask others. I didn’t know how to turn it on. I finally found out that the heating was turned off in the city. There were many flying insects in the room, and the front desk couldn’t solve it
