"The location is good and the hotel is just fine. Need some renovation around the path leading to beach. ***y opt for this location for ease of access to beaches, if that is not maintained it will lead to disappointment.
The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Overall the hotel staff are polite and well ***nered and hear to our concerns."

"In one word, Excellent. The service provided was excellent. You would feel it was a 4 star hotel. The best stay we've had while visiting India. Very clean and the deco is so pleasing to the eye.
The ***ager was excellent, so were the staff. The ***ager was very accommodating of our needs. Did everything to make our stay comfortable. No wonder the staff were so good. As for the chef! what can I say. Excellent. Meals were delicious and cheaper than eating out of the hotel. Wish I could have brought him back with me!!!
No hesitation to recommend. As I said, equivalent to a 4 star hotel"

"Location is the right spot on the beach. Clean rooms. Very welcoming staff. Specially ms. Krishna. She was very forthcoming, gave us all the details and all the briefing. Breakfast was very good spread. Hotel restaurant was on level 5, giving amazing sea view while you enjoy the breakfast. We didn't eat dinner or lunch here. Recommended"

"The rooms are big and good
we had booked the ground floor room but due to rain there were too many mosquitoes. After complaining the host was kind enough to shift us to the 2nd floor room. The room has all the amenities, if you are looking for a long stay. As it is an apartment it doesn't have a restaurant/cafe and there is none nearby. Overall the rooms are good and spacious can stay here for a staycation!"

GGuest UserThe hotel is new and clean. There is no point in posting photos, because all the photos on tripcom are true. All the furniture is new and in excellent condition. Air conditioners, fans - everything works. There is also hot water, you need to wait a little until it drains. There is a refrigerator (new, odorless), an electric kettle, a TV (we did not turn it on, we do not know if it works or not). Soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo are provided upon check-in. All this in small format. The service in the hotel is no worse than in Europe. They helped with any issue that arose. We have not seen such an attitude towards tourists for a long time. We have been traveling around Asia for 8 years, we have something to compare with. This hotel is the best of those we have been to. It is far from the beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. But if you take a moped, there should be no problems. The hotel has a parking lot. And 24-hour security. We arrived at the hotel very early, check-in was done without extra charge for early check-in. Breakfast: vegetarian buffet. Our rating for the hotel and its staff is 10 out of 10!

GGuest UserVery good location, only 5 mins away from the main cliff. Clean rooms, and bathroom was decently maintained. There are not a lot of amenities considering that it's a homestay, so bring those items with you. But basic soap and shampoo was available. A kettle was there ***** with tea bags, etc. Breakfast was fine, for the price we paid. The caretaker jishu was available throughout our stay for any help. Extra bed was not available, but an extra mattress was given upon request. Don't expect an exquisite customer service because there are no trained hotel staff here. Only one caretaker is available for the full property. The main usp has to the proximity to the beach.
