What I am most satisfied with is the bedding and the public space is beautiful. Hotel room rates fluctuate a bit every day. Venice is all about walking anyway. We put necessary changes in our backpacks and sent our suitcases to the hotel. Wait until after 15:00 to check if there is a cheaper price. Or wherever you go, if you see a hotel you like, just stay in it. There are so many good new five-star hotels in Venice. You can try more!

The hotel is in an excellent location. Salute Station is definitely the first choice when entering Venice. It can be quiet and quiet. The hotel is next to the Dormition Church. Amazing location, central to all tourist sites and superb shopping all around, unbeatable in all ways. Rooms newly renovated so excellent in room facilities. Pricing was also very reasonable for location. Right beside some of the best views and regardless the room, I’m sure you’ll accept this is the best value hotel in the area. Only disappoin**ent was the bar. Ordered a drink for my wife and I, was charged triple what other exceptional bars outside would charge, the drink looked and tasted like to was made by a child. Quite disappointed with this. Also one needs to really be patient with staff, they seem to be more caught up with talking amongst themselves and their reaction to other guests reflect poor training. Rolling of eyes and other expressions are quite unprofessional. But they don’t ruin the stay, the can’t with such a beautiful location! Bell Boys very helpful and hardworking, maybe the rest of the team should learn from their colleagues. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel anytime to anyone!

Our Room was super clean. 1 min walking distance from San Marco. The area was very safe to walk to your hotel at night.

Pretty and perfect location. Basic yet traditional 200yards from the main part and 75 yards from the shops. Facing Gucci Great staff Best part was taking advantage of the free private boat to Murano island which we shared with another couple. We stayed here as a family of 9 in August 2020. The hotel is great for larger groups as they have triple rooms which comfortably fit 3 people and are large and airy. We had 4 rooms in the hotel, all were impeccably clean and had great views of the canal. Breakfast has been adjusted to comply with the latest Covid guidelines and works well. You have to make your breakfast selection the night before and your breakfast is brought to your table once you are seated. The breakfast choice was great for us and we really appreciated the service of the breakfast team who were so kind and attentive. The hotel is perfectly located and is just a 5 minute stroll to San Marco square and probably about 15 mins from the Rialto Bridge. Wearing a comfy pair of shoes is a must as you will do a lot of walking in Venice. A special mention must go to all of the staff who were always efficient and friendly with all members of my family. Giovanni on reception was great throughout the booking process, our stay and helping out with our departure - thank you so much. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Book through their website to get the best rates and choice of rooms. Thank you from the whole family for making our trip to Venice a happy and memorable time.
