"We're staying in this hotel whenever we go down to Madrid but now the thing has changed, there must have been a change of direction. We always took the girl, and they never charged us anything, because she always sleeps with us, but now from calling us attention to arrival because you booked on trip instead of with them, To make us pay for the girl's separate breakfast (and that we indicate that the girl had her breakfast, we only need milk) and we pay it, but I think it's a lack of brutal disconsideration. On the other hand, except for a boy we know from other times, the rest of the staff that touch us .... understand that induced by the new rules, a fatal, unconsidered treatment without looking at you or your face. In fact, I went to ask the reception if I had the instructions to connect the Chromecast of the rooms, or if I knew how and I was swept a ”I have no idea” test with the bluetooth ....vamos, that I didn't even know that I was talking to you. Unfortunately, we will not return"

"I thought it was a rural second-tier city hotel. The hotel photos on Ctrip looked rustic. Once I entered the lobby, it was very stylish, with high ceilings and hello, welcome and goodbye written in various languages on the wall as decoration.
The room was spacious and comfortable, the table was wide and the sockets were in the right position, which was suitable for temporary office needs during business trips.
Note that European hotels generally do not provide combs, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. If you ask the front desk, you can get disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes for free, but there are no slippers.
There are many breakfast options, rich fruits, freshly squeezed juices, and a variety of hot coffees can be selected on the coffee machine, etc."
