"The location is excellent, the Metro station is practically speaking next to the hotel, less than 100 meters far. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel's entrance that takes you to Loreto/Buenos Aires (downtown) in 15 minutes! Residential area, green, lovely coffee bars around the hotel, nice place! However, the building needs some renovation. The 4-stars mark is a bit of an exaggeration. The windows, the doors, the toilet/bath are quite shabby, old, used. I'd give this hotel 3 stars. Excellent value for its price considering the convenient location."
