We accidentally left some food in the fridge. The counter staff who was on duty at 3pm/6APR had left the items for our pickup. The 6pm duty staff were also helpful in assisting us. On another occasion they also help me arrange a local tour to enjoy Henan. Without this team of good staff, our 3nights stay at Hampton JinShui would have been indifference.

房間設施一般吧，和其他快捷酒店一樣，沒啥也特別之處。服務尚可，衞生可以，起碼房間裏沒有異味，有地面和地下車庫，自駕遊方便停車。酒店200、300米處有個快速公交站，到離酒店最近的南陽新村地鐵站要坐3站快速公交，去河南博物院也需坐2、3站公交車。附近200、300米生活設施不便利。酒店早餐也是和其他酒店一樣的，反正就是那些品種。我買的是預售套餐，贈送了一份商務午餐，就是盒飯，見圖。攜程裏訂的不能給我積分。

最近天氣還好，不冷不熱，趁着這段天氣就出來玩一下，帶孩子來到酒店。初印象就感覺服務很周到，房間設施設備也很好，空調製冷效果也很好，打掃的也很乾凈，早餐種類很豐盛，孩子吃了好多西瓜，還有一些糕點啊，都是孩子喜歡吃的，不錯！

原本因為擔心酒店就在高架邊上會不會噪音比較大，還好事實證明我多慮了，前台非常貼心地主動安排了面向家屬院一側的房間，視野開闊也非常安靜。房間裏也非常乾淨整潔，還有入住水果贈送，早餐有很多特色點心和湯食，非常美味。購買的攜程套餐裏還包含了商務午餐，原本以為衹是簡單盒飯但是酒店提供了兩葷兩素還送了酸奶水果，非常感謝！不知道工作人員的姓名衹能通過代號感謝一下，謝謝牛奶和甜甜圈的熱情服務，下次再來鄭州還會優先選擇金水歡朋～

酒店服務熱情專業，辦理入住非常快速，還給我們介紹周邊的小吃，吃完飯也可以在對面的公園散步，酒店的洗衣房也很方便，洗完的衣服隨時都可以穿了，不耽誤第二天趕路收拾行李，臨走還送了我們隨手小禮，有酸奶，水果等，還是挺豐富的，衞生乾淨，房間也無異味兒，床墊睡的很舒服，值得入住

總體滿意的！停車方便，前台接待熱情禮貌，贈送了晚安酸奶。離店有送伴手禮，很人性化。尤其是小何很友善！表揚👍房間不算太大，但也夠用。裝飾和傢俱配置在及格線以上，洗衣房是唯一的槽點，空間太小了！還不如華住會旗下酒店的洗衣房好用，偌大的酒店卻衹有兩台洗衣機和兩台烘乾機，要排隊使用。重點是卡薩帝的機器看起來很美卻不怎麼好用。我排隊洗完衣服已經凌晨一點了。😵💫早餐品種豐富，服務員很熱情，有同理心。推薦入住！
