I called several times and still no one answered. I had to finally walk down to the front desk to get someone to talk with. I was also very disappointed the the ”free breakfast.” It was only pancakes, no other options or fresh fruit. I would have rather paid a bit more for a better experience. Wasn't worth the headaches."
