I loved using the Wilshire for my wedding hotel block. We had a lovely welcome dinner for our out of town guests which was so not only convenient, but also lovely. Food was a buffet, we had a bar with beer and wine, and the lighting/atmosphere was beautiful. Not everything was perfect (things happen) but the customer service went above and beyond. They made sure to correct their errors, give refunds where appropriate and were so kind and made me feel much better. The lobby was also great for larger groups to gather and enjoy some extra time before and after the wedding events. I would definitely recommend them!!

Arrive at the hotel more than 3 hours early (usually check-in after 3pm), the front desk gentleman still checked us in very neatly. The elevator upstairs feels like a few years ago, and when I enter the room, I suddenly feel more cheerful. The hostel’s rooms are spacious and equipped with complete facilities... refrigerators, microwave ovens, safes, TV sets, hair dryers and irons, hot water and air conditioning are also good; breakfast is 7:00-10:00, with bread and homemade waffles Cakes and juices are the main ones; if you want to eat something else, there are fresh fruits and milk food in the nearby supermarket and ritd aid pharmacy (about 100 meters), as well as fried rice noodles and fried rice in a ”Hongchang” Chinese restaurant. They are all delicious. Most of the guests in the hotel are black and Indian. During the three days of staying, they also met a few Chinese. It is estimated that they took their children to take exams nearby. Fortunately, they stayed for a short time and try not to go out after dark. It was safe and smooth.

Arrive at the hotel more than 3 hours early (usually check-in after 3pm), the front desk gentleman still checked us in very neatly. The elevator upstairs feels like a few years ago, and when I enter the room, I suddenly feel more cheerful. The hostel’s rooms are spacious and equipped with complete facilities... refrigerators, microwave ovens, safes, TV sets, hair dryers and irons, hot water and air conditioning are also good; breakfast is 7:00-10:00, with bread and homemade waffles Cakes and juices are the main ones; if you want to eat something else, there are fresh fruits and milk food in the nearby supermarket and ritd aid pharmacy (about 100 meters), as well as fried rice noodles and fried rice in a ”Hongchang” Chinese restaurant. They are all delicious. Most of the guests in the hotel are black and Indian. During the three days of staying, they also met a few Chinese. It is estimated that they took their children to take exams nearby. Fortunately, they stayed for a short time and try not to go out after dark. It was safe and smooth.

I loved using the Wilshire for my wedding hotel block. We had a lovely welcome dinner for our out of town guests which was so not only convenient, but also lovely. Food was a buffet, we had a bar with beer and wine, and the lighting/atmosphere was beautiful. Not everything was perfect (things happen) but the customer service went above and beyond. They made sure to correct their errors, give refunds where appropriate and were so kind and made me feel much better. The lobby was also great for larger groups to gather and enjoy some extra time before and after the wedding events. I would definitely recommend them!!
