The hotel was very nice and the room was very spacious, like the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a large bathroom. The hotel's back is a party room where a row of more than 1000 French students were on the way at that time, and the woman at the bar told me this because otherwise you would not be aware of this. All was so well isolated that you had no constraint from the furniture or the private party in the small room below in the hotel. In the lounge you can order something to drink, this is quite expensive, breakfast was extensive and delicious. This hotel is certainly a recommendation if you are in Wevelgem,

We have booked a suite for 2 nights. It is much more dressed up room since we have used it few years ago - shortly after its opening, it has pictures, shelves and other decorative items making it look more homely in modern scando style. It is very spacious and clean and mini fridge had complimentary drinks. Windows open, we did not use aircon. I liked that it was switched off upon arrival. Temperature was comfortable, not too warm or cold. Bathroom is superb with softest bathrobes I have ever had! They even add Rituals toiletries. Parking is free in front of the hotel but not gated. As gold member I got little handwritten card with three chocolates in the room and 2 drink vouchers which I had to chase. We chose coffee which was very well presented and large glass of wine which was good quality. When I requested late checkout by just 1 hour, they wanted to charge me extra - I had to remind them it is part of my membership privilege… What prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that they have not prepared sofa bed for our teenager- although reservation was for 3 people and I reminded them in extra requests section. When you arrive on Fri at midnight last thing you want to do is to chase it. In the middle of first night, suddenly TV has switched on by itself which woke us all up! Not sure if it was some sort of stupid alarm setup or what but they should reset settings before new guests check in! Overall I would return for quality of suite accommodation.

Very good hotel suitable for both the modern businessman and the tourist who makes Waregem. Beautiful modern rooms with all the comfort needed. With the hotel located in the business area of the city, the choice of the room is not important. The view is not the problem, but super breakfast .... This weekend is also open to people who do not stay in the hotel and therefore see it as an extensive breakfast. So sometimes it is quietly waking up with a bag of coffee and all that good is not there, but it's good still, so, the young enthusiasm of the children we're going to take up.

Great location with free parking. Friendly, efficient staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Decent WiFi and TV had several English speaking channels. Only tiny quibble was the hairdryer which wouldn't have been able to blow out a candle (first world problems and not worth dropping a star!).

I was given a junior suite which is more like a large room but balcony was an added bonus for fresh air. Located near the Expo it is out of town but very convenient for road transport. Property is very clean with grat coffee at any time. Run by Vincent is always willing to help. Also recently have preordered mean brought in. Breakfast is standard fare but more than adequate. Quiet but clean, Internet very good.
