Quality Inn Glenpool - Tulsa

Convenient for us to spend the night when visiting family in nearby Bixby. Older facility updated and kept up. Plenty of lighting and outlets. Parking near room doors that open to outside. Basic but comfortable. Friendly staff. Actually includes breakfast. Nice for the price.

The woman at check in was amazing. She was so kind and helpful and made the stay even better.

Figuratively speaking the carpet doesn’t match the drapes! The outside isn’t very appealing and didn’t feel particularly safe. However the lobby and the rooms were very nice! Nicely renovated and clean. Wasn’t just a paint over and call it clean job. Commode/shower space was tight but the shower was nice especially with the tall shower head and good water pressure. The problem was… idk if it was just the ac/ heat unit or if it was in the walls but the mold and allergens were bad. When I turned on the heat as it got colder throughout the night my sinuses shut down, throat got scratchy and I felt run down the next day. I’m coughing and just feeling like garbage. I can’t blame it on the weather or the season because the onset acutely coincided with the turning on of the window unit. It’s resolving now that I’m home. But even my allergy meds didn’t help.

Quiet property with plenty of parking, working wifi, and a comfortable bed. Satisfied with my stay.

Stayed here for 1 night. Was a good night's sleep. It had an outdoor pool, but it wasn't open this time of year so I didn't use it. Friendly customer service. Refrigerator in the room was convenient and a nice surprise. They have a hair dryer too, but I recommend taking your own because that one wasn't powerful enough. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area.

This was miserable, but nothing else was available. When we first got there they told us there was a fan in the room because they had just finished cleaning the carpets (that's good). When we got in there, the floor in the bathroom had apparently been cleaned with something, too. We literally could not even stand on it without sliding and slipping. They told us there was nothing they could do about that, despite that one of us is handicapped and this was extremely unsafe! The room was supposedly accessible, but the bars for the toilet were at least a foot away, on the shower. We ended up having to buy a rubber mat, just so the handicapped person could stand up and get to the toilet. Someone had to help them get off of it because no bars to pull on and nowhere to put them. Whenever the wheelchair needed to get to the bathroom, we had to move the desk chair out of the way and the bathroom was the only place in the room that the wheelchair could turn around. The pool was closed for unknown reasons. This was bad, because all had been looking forward to that, esp. since they are one of the few hotels with a handicap (HCP) lift in the pool. The beds were supposedly queen-size, but they were more like a full. We normally sleep on a queen at home, yet we were banging into each other all night on these. The pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, nothing spectacular, but we managed. The day we left, we noticed that the front of the A/C was filthy (see pictures) . The A/C didn't work well and ran CONTINUOUSLY, despite being set on auto. Would I stay here again???? Heck no!

Check in was supposed to be at 2 pm, per website and notice in lobby. We arrived at 2:45, allowing 45 minutes to change clothes and 30 minutes to get to a 4:00 pm meeting. We were told the room was not ready; they would call as soon as it was available. They called at 4:23 pm. We had waited in the heat for over an hour and a half; we now not only had to change clothes, we also had to take showers. We were VERY late to our 4:00 pm meeting.

Roaches everywhere. On dresser, in the beds and bathroom area. Lights didnt even make them scatter like normal. It was the roaches room and not ours.
