The price was fair for the small room and it was clean. One bathroom not working and the house needs a kighted address sign for those arriving late.

I've stayed twice in this place. First time in room in basement. The washroom was very dirty and the boiler or the heating system was making big noise.. if you're a person who requires the quiet, this is not the good place for you in the basement. Second time the room was on very top and one guy who was renting the next room wakes me up before 8 am in the morning he was talking loudly with an open speaker in the living room. The rooms inside were cleaned and it has a comfortable beds.

I was confused by access to property until I was told that everything was done online. No personal presence.

Not worth it! Spend a little more elsewhere. This is worse than a prison

Worst nigh**are… hit my head on the bedroom ceiling multiple times. Slept with headache and woke up with bad cold. couldn’t stand straight each time I get up Had to use the bathroom downstairs and at about 4am, waited for almost 45 minutes to use the bathroom because someone else was there. Waste of money and convenience.

Bed is not good, privacy is a concern for the room, Wash room tub needs to be replaced, damaged !

Amazing property, lovely a**osphere- absolutely loved staying there and will be back next time we’re in the area if there’s any open rooms!

First, the negative (positives way outweigh these): hangers in bathroom on which to hang towels, clothing, etc need to be sturdier; wish outside patio was available guests. Positives: staff was immediately or nearly immediately available & knew answers to questions and addressed issues properly in timely fashion; CLEAN common area, bathroom, guest room; comfortable, simple guest room. If you want a place to simply rest your head, reading or creating private retreat space, HA is it!

Check in was easy and to the point. Nice and quiet... Would come back again😊
