The location is superb, the travel is convenient, the hotel experience this time is superb! The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and the facilities were complete. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept well all night. The service is not to say, the staff Xiao Wang is warm and thoughtful, responsive, inviting children to use breakfast for free, very intimate. Will choose here next time!

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good, warm and thoughtful. The hygiene and cleanliness make people feel good. The breakfast is rich and varied and delicious. There are also robots that can deliver things. All aspects are very good and convenient. I highly recommend it.

I recently went to Wuhan on a business trip and chose to stay at Hampton by Hilton Wuhan East Lake Optics Valley. The location of the hotel is very good, close to East Lake, convenient for subway, pleasant surrounding environment, when checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and very efficient. York is very reliable and was very enthusiastic to help mail the leftover items when checking out, the service is great!

When we took our baby to travel around during the holidays, the hotel would consult our needs in advance. When Esther learned that we had children, she would thoughtfully arrange for us to put the beds together so that we could sleep more comfortably. In addition, we were given a non-smoking room, and the service was very considerate and thoughtful [strong] The hotel also provided free travel brochures and travel routes, which was quite thoughtful. The baby also had a very happy breakfast. The room was relatively clean and well-equipped. When we checked in, the lady said that there was also a laundry room and a gym. It was quite convenient to go to the Yellow Crane Tower nearby. We drove there in more than ten minutes. The hotel had free parking. In short, I was very satisfied. The environment was good, the mood was good, the service was good, and the price was very affordable. A big thumbs up

Very Nice hotel. Extremly clean. Freindly and helpfull staff. Even though that i dont speak chineese, and not every staff member speaks english, they did their very best to please us. Using differentiere kind of apps to translate. That helped us as guests very much. ALL staff members deserve a raise🙏🏻 Unfortynatly, i dont have many pictures of hotel room. But i loved the extras♥️ Best regards Brian
