Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Wuhan

One of the best hotels we have stayed at before. They provide free shuttle to Wuhan train station and the staffs are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is super good and delicious

✔Location: The hotel is in a very good location. It is about 500 meters away from Exit D of Yuejiazui Station on Line 4 and only a few minutes walk away. The hotel building is very iconic and there is a big silver dolphin at the door🐬, because we want to go to the river beach and I was visiting East Lake, so I chose this hotel. The location is really good. It’s close to everywhere, including Han Street SKP, Jiangtan, and East Lake. It’s all very convenient😀 ✔Environment: I heard that the hotel opened on September 1st. It is very new. There is no smell at all, so you can go there with peace of mind. The hotel lobby is so grand. So many Hamptons have stayed here. The decoration of the lobby of this Hampton is not bad for a five-star hotel. Clean, bright and comfortable, the decoration is so beautiful, the photo shoot 📸 has a good blockbuster visual feel ✔Room: The room is clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene and dry and wet separation. I especially like Hampton’s Serta mattress. It’s super comfortable to sleep on, great👍🏻. I heard that the toiletries are also an American brand of Hilton and they taste particularly good. The front desk also helped with luggage, poured welcome tea, and helped upgrade the room type. Every staff member greeted me cordially and even took me there specially. I went to the elevator and took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities. I felt that the service was not inferior to that of a five-star hotel. It was so kind and I loved it. Seeing so many delicious foods, I really want to taste them [color] ✔There are several shopping malls around the hotel, not far away. The location is really great. The price is really worth it. You can choose the subway or take a taxi for travel. It is very convenient to park. 🅿️The hotel has its own underground parking lot. It seems that the front desk helps with registration. As for the license plate, I didn’t ask in detail because I chose the subway. This trip in Wuhan was very meaningful. I forgot to take pictures. The hotel also gave me welcome fruits and a handwritten welcome card. It was really thoughtful. I will choose it again next time I have the opportunity to come to Wuhan. I hope this Hampton Inn will continue to work hard~

This stay experience is perfect! First of all, the hotel has an excellent location, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and a large number of food in the surrounding business district, making it very convenient to travel and find food; the room is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the smart devices are all available, even the night light is full of design sense; the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, not only quickly checking in, but also providing travel guides; the hygiene is impeccable, every corner is spotless, and there is no water accumulation or hair residue in the bathroom. From transportation, facilities to service, and hygiene, the four key conditions all meet the standards with high scores, which is definitely the best choice for business travel and leisure vacation!

The first time I saw this hotel, I saw reviews saying it was good. I happened to be in Wuhan for business so I booked it. I didn't expect it to be so good. Kate at the front desk always greeted me with a smile whether I was checking in or checking out. Because I couldn't get used to sleeping on soft pillows, the front desk took the initiative to provide a buckwheat pillow and a steam eye mask. The experience was very good. I went out for something and left a room number for my clothes in the laundry room. When I came back, I found that the staff had delivered the clothes directly to my room. It may be just a small thing for the staff, but it made me feel very thoughtful. The breakfast is self-service. I especially recommend the beef noodles in the restaurant. It is freshly cooked and very chewy. The only drawback is that there is no subway station nearby, but it is quite convenient to take a taxi. You can also get the Wuhan specialty spoon radish. It's fun and I recommend everyone to try it.

Hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

On my recent trip to Wuhan, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Wuhan International Plaza, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! Upon check-in, the front desk manager was incredibly welcoming and helpful; they not only gave me a complimentary upgrade to a premium king room but also included an extra breakfast. The next morning, I found the breakfast selection at the restaurant to be incredibly extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western options. Wuhan local specialties like Hot Dry Noodles (Re Gan Mian) and Three Delicacies Tofu Skin (San Xian Dou Pi) were wonderfully authentic and delicious! Before I went out, the front desk manager proactively shared many practical travel tips, advising me on the most convenient ways to get around and which attractions were worth visiting. It was truly thoughtful! Upon check-out, the staff even gave small gifts like hair clips and fridge magnets to my child, who was absolutely thrilled. The room attendant, knowing I had trouble sleeping, proactively offered me a specialized pillow, and I slept incredibly soundly that entire night. This stay was truly outstanding; next time I visit Wuhan, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Very clean, excellent amenities, very tasty 热干面 at breakfast!

I stayed for two days, and my overall experience was excellent. The room layout was practical; the workspace was spacious and bright, complete with a thoughtful eye-care desk lamp, making it extremely convenient for getting work done. The ergonomic chair was also very comfortable. The bed was of great quality and exceptionally comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were highly efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. They also had a selection of common essentials available at the front desk, which was extremely convenient. The hotel is very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. For its price, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again the next time I'm in the airport area.

First time to travel to Wuhan. Hilton Hampton is great! High cost performance, very rich breakfast, local specialties such as hot dry noodles and bean curd, the room comes with drip coffee which is very mellow, and also with black tea and green tea, the small refrigerator in the room is very convenient to use, the hotel facilities are complete, equipped with laundry room and gym, laundry room dryer washing machine are all complete, especially the service of the front desk lady is very good, thumbs up👍🏻

The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the breakfast on the first floor had a wide variety of options. The hot noodles and tofu skin were super authentic. The coffee and freshly squeezed juice were a plus. The front desk lady greeted me with a smile and even offered to upgrade my room. The best part was the lobby lounge area. The sofas were so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. It was perfect for working or relaxing. This is definitely the right choice for a business trip. The front desk lady was really warm and gave me a souvenir when I checked out. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I'm in Wuhan. Five-star ⭐ good reviews. Very satisfied 💐
