The room is warm and comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is very high. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. The lady boss is very nice! First of all, I couldn't find the address at all after getting out of the subway. I called for nearly half an hour in the cold wind and rain before the phone was answered. Secondly, the room key was in the password box at the door, and the password lock was a mechanical lock. You could tell the pattern of the password at a glance. Thirdly, the hygiene was very poor, very, very poor. The quilt and bed were wet and heavy, the ceiling and wall paint fell off in a pile on the ground, and there was ** on the shower head... The disposable toothbrushes were of poor quality, and the disposable slippers were very thin, but they were not given to you at the beginning, you had to ask for them separately. There was a projector in the room, but the quality was very poor. It hummed like a tractor when it was turned on. Since the customer service didn't answer my call, I went around the room and it was already six o'clock. I couldn't check out, otherwise I wouldn't stay there for the night and would have booked a room at Morin the next day. Really, the two hotels are in the same building, and the difference is only a few dozen dollars, but there is a world of difference in hygiene, supporting facilities, and service.

There are no slippers, no toothbrushes, very dirty towels, no mineral water... It's really outrageous.

The bed sheets and quilts smelled bad. I don't know why such a big B&B doesn't even have a dryer. They also said that the weather in Wuxi was bad. If I remember correctly, it only rained yesterday. The temperature in the past few days was 27.8 degrees. It was obviously put in the corridor to dry. I slept without a quilt all night. I won't come again.
