Good room size and items in room. Breakfast was OK. Several light switches and the bidet toilet did not function correctly.

Lots of free water and snacks in the room, a free tea and snack from for guests, free laundry service, nice breakfast, great concierge services, (including robots). Simply a lovely place to stay and it's in the name... it's elegant. A 100% I'd stay there again scenario.

幫朋友預訂的這家酒店果然沒有讓我失望，入住前小徐提前聯繫我幫忙安排房間，看我定了三間房，還貼心的幫我留了同樓層相近的房間，入住期間還給房間贈送了水果，酒店地理位置很不錯，工作人員都很熱情，見到都會微笑打招呼，服務真的很讚的一家酒店🏨

酒店的環境很好，地理位置優越，交通方便，辦理入住的時候王源給我們提供了酸梅汁和毛巾很貼心，給我們介紹了下午茶時間和地點很細心，房間衞生乾淨整潔寬敞明亮景觀很好可以看到大雁塔，設施設備齊全，戴森吹風機很好用，護膚品可以免費使用都更不錯還給送了水果，房間裏面還有迷你吧，整體感覺很好

帶了小朋友來西安遊玩，選擇了雅緻酒店，酒店的環境很好，地理位置也不錯，服務也很好，尤其是小嚴給我們提供了酸梅汁和毛巾介紹了早餐和下午茶很不錯，房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全還給我們送了紀念品，小孩子很喜歡，酒店還提供免費停車很不錯下次還會再來。

千言萬語的評價無法綴訴老陝人民的熱情，酒店的佈局和風格彷彿進入了大唐氣象甲天下的歷史畫卷，進入酒店似乎感受到猶如穿越時空一般的神祕，如果前台服務員放四個（黃色，白色，黑色，棕色）等各色人物，我覺得更像大唐盛世的繁華都市了。而且一樓有免費的下午茶提供，客服人員李圓圓服務態度不錯，幫我們刷房卡，因為我們剛逛回來，行李還沒收拾，給我們延遲了退房時間，服務很熱情，（周邊環境優越，吃喝玩樂一條龍，便於旅遊商務出行）
