This stay far exceeded our expectations! We chose this hotel near the scenic area to avoid the crowds at the Terracotta Warriors Museum, and the location was truly convenient. For a newly opened hotel, the amenities were excellent, including smart toilets and Tmall Genie, and the attention to detail was evident. We were delayed by the museum that day, but after contacting customer service, they readily extended our check-out to 2:00 PM, free of charge. It was a truly flexible and thoughtful stay. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable and I'd definitely stay here again.
