我想講述一下我和這家酒店的故事，因為經常到西安出差，所以會在各地方住酒店！第一次住這家酒店也是無意搜到，始於顏值，裝修風格我很喜歡！並且覺得這個價位，有早餐，環境整潔，冰箱飲料，歡迎水果，性價比高於百分之八十的酒店！入住以後，又被前台小男孩的服務態度，處理問題的通透感動！所以後來出差，哪怕遠一些，也願意來這家酒店入住！這次出差，沒有猶豫的繼續選擇這家酒店，提前給酒店前台發訊息讓先開出來房間，我定個外賣！前台小哥給了房間號碼，因為我住過多次，房型熟悉，給我的房間號碼和我預約的房型不符，詢問過後説給我換，當時比較惱火，因為遇到過沒有給匹配相應房型的經歷！個人認為，這種的行為有欺騙嫌疑！到了酒店，小哥態度誠懇，表示新來不熟悉，也讓人接受了！衹是這次入住，早餐是為了要好評送的，歡迎水果説是需要提前預約！人都是感受性的，從開錯房型到後續一系列，都是在降低期望值，所以不知道是不是衹針對新客户才會有！在行業競爭這麼激烈的情況下，誠信，服務顯得尤為重要！天南海北跑了這麼多年，第一次這樣長篇大論，對於酒店環境設施，衞生，早餐依然好評，衹是故事到此…
